Really? I can't say the word of the thing that hold's back water? It's a big structure that hold's back water...and I can't say that. The censorship issues on Teefury really worry me.

Most of the filters are for fun, not for "censorship." It's still easy to tell what the writer meant, but there's added humor for people who are learning what all the filters mean.
I'm hoping that it'll transition into a fine t-shirt design. It's a wonderful piece of art right now. Sometimes the drawings, art work, designs, etc. don't turn out so good on the tee. I have purchased several shirts that didn't come close to the original as far as certain aspects of the designs, i.e. the sunlight peeking through the trees in the back ground. Great work, DZER129. Congrats on the printing.
It is pretty and all, but just don't like it for some reason. :/ I'm not a photographer, though, so really a dinosaur living/being brought to life to have its picture taken isn't really big for me.
But yeah for so many people liking!
nealtastic said: I know for a fact that dinosaur is straight off google...
Well that's lame :/
Guess that solves my buy/no buy dilemma.
i did a search and couldn't find it, you should show proof when you accuse people before you hurt someones potential sales
This is a great shirt! Very inspirational for me!
I am more of a realist vector illustrator. I use google images all the time to get a better idea of shape and form. I value an artist that can turn an RGB image into a one or two color design.
I am all for pencil to paper, I use it myself to create a lot of my designs. But sometimes googling the exact image I need is just faster than setting up the shot I am looking for. (I don't like to slow the process down, if it wants to go fast! :)
(caveat) There are lines, in my opinion, that have been crossed. I won't give specifics, because it is just an opinion. But if you don't think some of your favorite artists use the internet as a resource, you're a bit naive, and if you think THIS artist should have taken their own photo of a creature that doesn't exist anymore,........ well, you're just silly.
(example) google image, "Angry Gorilla" then go to DBH and check to see how many winning gorilla designs feature the same photo.
I like the photographer and the background for the most part (the edges are a little squared-off for my taste) but the dinosaur's contrast makes him look really flat against it all, like the photographer is taking a picture of a cardboard cutout of a t-rex. Good effort and idea but the execution needs work.
I adore the old-illustrator-ish style of your other work, especially the look of that top one. Not one for ladies on my tees, but the colors and design elements are very very cool.

"Dam" is spelled differently than the curse word for wishing people to the underworld. Good try, though.
First comment on here! Loving it, I spend half my day in the dark(room). It'd be better if it was glow in the dark so I could make photograms with it. Bought it in two sizes *just in case*
Only those 2 designs are my newest prints. Only DBH believe in my works, heheh! hmmm! maybe not very prolific. :D
What's a day in the life of Jerry like?
Just a very simple life, as a father I always spend much time with my family. Checking out my favorite sites everyday, then sketch from time to time. Always listening to my favorite local band. Fetch my daughter everyday in school- teaching & helping her to do her assignment everyday. We always go church every sunday.
Do you own alot of shirts? If so, what's your favorite?
Yup! my design 'set me free' & 'temptress' perfect print, 'Rhanga' - by you -jimiyo vs. palehorse- damn, I always love to wear this shirt, 'mr elopop the carrier' by-csj89 vs. krayolaeater- sick collaboration is just like I'm wearing a masterpiece. & 'Punktipus' by manki- veru unique & comfortable.
Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years with your art career or other?
Maybe a full time artist or managing a printer business, or I have my own brand company.
What advice would you offer to aspiring designers?
Keep on moving & create something better than the last piece, something more meaningful. Just dont stop believin'. just try & try until you succeed.
MAC or PC?
I used desktop PC, but I really wanted to have MAC someday.
Do you hang out anywhere on the web? If not, what are the sites you like to visit? -yup, but not totally always on the web. I always love to visit DBH everyday also here in teefury, ffffound. smashingmagazines, gomediazine, abduzeedo, & Deviantart.

I could see you in a white room on a little soap box stepping down and hearing your shoes click until you were out of my camera's shot.
Also, this design is brilliant.
