So your TRAP design has become one of Teefury's record breakers. How was that for your first TF experience as an artist?
That was unreal. I wore out my mouse clicking refresh for 20 hours...I slept for about 4. I hadn't been a follower of Teefury, or any of the other tee shirt sites before that, now I'm addicted. There are SO many talented artists out there that have dedicated themselves to making t-shirts better. It's inspiring.
Did you think you would sell so many?
I had no clue. My guess was somewhere between 40 and 60, so I was way off. I'm not so good with numbers...or letters.
We get alot of people asking about that design, did you put it up for sale anywhere?
Yes, I put it up on Redbubble. It's doing pretty well there, even though it doesn't have that sweet Teefury price tag.
What would the Tom Ledin of now say to the Tom Ledin of a decade ago?
"Dude, I'm going to give it to you straight, start working out now, there's nothing lovely about those handles. Secondly, get off your ass with making art, get serious about it now...less video games, more art. Fourthly, take a pay cut to do what you love NOW, it will be a lot harder to do down the road with a family and mortgage. And lastly, don't skate your miniramp on the 5th day after it's built to avoid a broken ankle.
I really like your answer to one of the questions in the last interview, so Im posting it.
If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
I would become a full-time artist, and rent a really big studio, that
I could fit a nice big halfpipe in. Then I would make art, art, and
more art with a skateboarding break every hour or so. I would also
probably put a futon in there, because skateboarding makes me sleepy.
In reality, I'd probably make a little art in the morning, then skate,
then get a burrito, and then sleep the rest of the day. God that
sounds so good.
Recommend a product and short why.
This is a really tough question for me. There are a lot of things I like. I just IM'd my wife to ask her what products I like, and she said, "Beer, chips, and iphone", I can't have beer all the time, and while I do love chips, I don't actually eat them very often, and since it's the only specifically named product in that list, I'll have to go with the iphone. I don't know how I ever lived without it.
I would also recommend the internet, I think it's going to really catch on someday.
Shout out?
Jimiyo/Teefury, you guys rule. Of course, my lovely family, Deniece, Tanner, Riley, Daisy (the Greyhound), and Gojira (the mutt). They are the reason I get out of bed each day.

I'm sure this has been asked and answered before, but how much more would it cost for Teefury to print on AA?

The Star Wars "Trap" was printed about a month ago. And I desperately want that Tuskan Raider design to be printed. Like now.

Show it to a place not scared out of their boots to print funny religious shirts?

Ugh, that place is such trash.
It's most certainly not serious. Perhaps I should have said "not serious" religious shirts.
