I will admit that I missed that in the artist's info, although I thought that I had read it all. Sorry for raining on Jonah's parade. I hated to bring it up because Jonah's artwork is really good and obviously a very talented artist, and it's not directly a rip of any of the concepts I've seen before. But, when there are already 8+ shirts with VERY similar concepts I felt like it was worth pointing out to other TeeFurians the links to similar shirts. Here is something to consider: Imagine you were the artist that came up with the original concept (a very clever one, indeed). Is it really okay for another artist to realize he can draw your idea better, and take it to market in direct competition against your own shirt? It happens all the time in this industry, and even though I respect the art and the artist it seems like a path that we should avoid going down.

Agreed - once again I'd have purchased some of the side art as opposed to the tee being sold. Its a good tee tho! Maybe, one day, Teefury could do something like let us have a vote on the next tee to be sold.... so often peoples here are more into the side art.....

And if i really had the desire, i'd go deeper into inspecting those shirts you linked to, some seem to be the same shirt just sold at different venues.... so I think your number of 8... is padding it to say the least.

Now the shirt.... LOVE IT. This indeed is a MUCH better version of this concept than any other i have seen.... It was an immediate must buy for me!! But... the color red is very unsettling.... i don't do red well!

It's not that I decided I could Do it better, I came out with the idea on my own, looked to see if it was allready done and didn't like what I saw, its an obvious pun.

I have been checking everyday for the past three weeks and happened to miss the one t-shirt I saw that I really wanted to buy the other day, not to mention the 10 or so shirts I would buy that were available before I even knew this site existed...

seemed like an obvious pun when when I looked to see if anyone had done it yet but they all sucked so I made a better one. Never let the idea that its been done before if you have genuine passion to create something

Tell us about yourself:
I’m a colorblind artist with no focus. I start 10 things at once in the hope of at least finishing two of them at some point, I also have dyslexia so I feel bad for anyone reading this

Do you own a lot of shirts? If so, what's your favorite?
Since I got into the world of line t shirts my collection has tripped, I have have a favorite for too long but right now it’s the funkiliouces shirt from threadless

What inspires you?
Escapism, music, comic books, bad jokes, psychedelic things and what ever the last peace of art I looked at was

How did you get into art?
All kids are into art at first, the difference I never stopped my doodles and I just kept getting better

What would be your dream job?
Any low pressure situation where I can flex some creative muscle
