A word from the curator:
Nothing speaks to imagination and creativity like an impossible creature- you find yourself daydreaming about how it lives, what it eats, and whether it dreams. Mythical beasts are powerful beings, even moreso because they don't exist.

Tell us the background of this design.
i'm just crazy about oriental art and this particular mytical creauture is my favorite. the lion dogs, or foo dogs are full of symbolisms.

How did you get started designing t-shirts?
about 5 or 6 years ago. i always work with general arts, like comics, panels, book illustration, music,  but now i'm more focused on t-shirts art.

What advice would you offer to aspiring designers?
try hard, never stop, believe and have proud of what you do!

What would be your dream job?
i think if i could be milionaire doing all what i do now, it is my dream.

What are your feelings about superheroes?
i like them.i'm a great fan of wolverine, spiderman and lobo. i miss a hero who use his power just for sellfish, hehehe

Do you prefer pancakes, waffles, or crepes?
pancakes for sure, but in my country, we eat it rolled and filled with crushed meat. yummmy!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vs. real ninjas: which would win the battle?
the turtles should win. the real ninjas would die laughing!

Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
it is a leaf green color and shows the first mickey mouse ever designed. in fact i love it cause fits good and confortable. but i'm loving my teefury "self punishment" too. very confortable!

What was your favorite as a kid: comics, cartoons, or movies? Was there a specific title you liked most of all?
cartoons! i love bugs bunny, daffy duck, popeye, he-man, ninja turtles, the 80's was very rich on cartoons!
