I’m an illustrator by day and an air triangle player by night.

What inspires you?

People and the way they hold themselves. Reading. Folk typography. Coney island.

What advice would you offer to aspiring designers?

Make backups. Eat your greens. Go outside and absorb the world with greedy and curious eyes.

If you could stop any t-shirt trend in its tracks, which would you end?

The microtrend of animals/gents in suits with appliances replacing their heads irks me for reasons not yet known. I enjoy simple designs with strong outershapes and would love to see that become a trend instead.
