Me and my husband both LOL'ed to this shirt hard. But no black shirts for us!

I want to offer up a compliment of job well done with this shirt to preclude my gripe with the subject matter.

It just feels a bit odd that the Godfather get's a t-shirt homage in vector format, what's next, Scarface? I'm not a fan of this shirt after some particularly clever and amazingly executed shirt designers here in recent days.

Also, how is this not infringing upon the intellectual property of the company that owns the rights to The Godfather and it's likenesses. Wouldn't Teefury have to clear the rights to profit from the sale of the shirt with the movie studio?

I simply ask, because as a designer, we're often faced with such dilemmas of infringing upon or being infringed upon. Maybe someone can explain to me how this shirt is legal to sell?
