That's what I thought. I have a cat who figured out how to kill bats. He likes to leave them on the porch for me. Their noses aren't as big compared to the rest of their faces. The shading is great, but when it's just a straight forward bat... I would have preferred if it looked more like a natural bat.

I totally understand what you mean. For this type of shirt, taking photos of bats and editing them into the same composition would have been a much more effective approach, but I only figured this out after I completed the design. I had no idea that the noses were much larger than they should have been, but they do add some character to the bats :)

I like it. Don't know if I'd wear it though...

There's actually more than one species of bat in this design. The largest bat is a vampire bat, but the rest are a smorgasbord hybridization of other bats (mainly brown bats).

Nice design here! I really love all the sizes of the bats, such a Halloween appropriate shirt, and really you could wear this outside Halloween too! I love the sketchy pencil lines of the bats, it's very soothing :D

Beautiful art. I absolutely love it (I have a shirt similar to this with a wolf- but bats are one of my favorite animals).

I assumed you had just made the largest one a Vampire Bat and the others were slightly less detailed but I see what you're talking about now. As stated before, the shading is very well executed.

Unfortunately, I reeeeeaaaally don't like white t-shirts. But I'll be looking out for your other prints :) If you re-release this in white on a black shirt (if that's possible) then I would definitely get it. I love it.

Hell I might get it anyway... I'll think about it :) Would RIT dye ruin it or do you think I could get away with making it a light colored shirt with bats on it? XD

I'm another person who isn't fond of white shirts, but I love bats so I had to go ahead and get one :D It's nice to see a shirt that has more realistic bats and not the cookie cut out design. Love it!

I think what I really like about your picture is that you showed why humans think that bats are scary without drawing scary bats. There are a lot of little brown bats around my house in the summer and I actually think they are rather cute. And I'm going to disagree with ever one who's hating on the white. I think it works perfectly, it gives the bats a little bit of their innocence back.

This white shirt.... you can spill ketchup on. Make it look like blood.

Awww! I was so excited when I checked TeeFury this morning and saw this shirt. Bats have been my favorite animals ever sice I was a little girl! And I'm glad somebody finally put up a photo of a vampire bat so everyone can see they DO have big noses. :) Nice work, I like it a lot! I couldn't resist buying it. :D

Hey revonthem. You like the Dog faced bat? Pretty cool lookin' bat too. My boyfriend has one tattooed on his calf area. It's a pretty sweet tattoo.

I like it and I'm gonna get it, but I really hate the prominant vampire. They seem so tired, if a shirt has bats, oh, it HAS to have a vampire *bangs head*. Also, even though many bats are small, as far as bats go, vamps are comparatively tiny.

It really really bugs me that only one bat is cropped off.
