  • robinzeggblusaid 142 weeks ago

LOLZ, i love it. I'm a little dissapointed its on yellow, the last one I bought I bought despite the yellow and now i have too many yellow shirts. *sigh* I' shall ponder buying the guys shirt :)
  • robinzeggblusaid 142 weeks ago

ooo, and I agree with pepper. I'll take my invisible armor in blue please! :D
  • KyleMittskussaid 142 weeks ago

I'm not going to buy two shirts in a row. Seriously. I'm not doing it.
  • WonderBunnysaid 142 weeks ago

I have two other yellow shirts from teefury but I still like this...so I must buy. Yeah!
  • pattebrosaid 142 weeks ago

some serious stuff in the portfolio, not a huge fan of anything aliens although the design is cool. it reminds me of the comics as a kid seeing random charmeleon & useless items for dirt cheap on the last page or back cover. remember "x-ray" glasses for something like $4. haha good times.
  • KyleMittskussaid 142 weeks ago

Note: I may do it tomorrow.
  • alimdsaid 142 weeks ago

Does anyone know if dying a yellow shirt would work or not? I really really really freaking love this, but I'm not cool with the yellow, just no. I would buy it and dye it for sure, but I'm not sure how the dye would cover the yellow. I fear ending up with a muddy brown color.
  • The Royal Wesaid 142 weeks ago

When I saw this shirt I died and went to geek heaven!
  • steveomacsaid 142 weeks ago

Really really like this tee! geek-a-licious
  • triggerx0said 142 weeks ago

Nope. Water comes in other forms besides liquid.
  • johnster_0003said 142 weeks ago

haha this is awsome. i like how the shampoo is for stubborn aliens
  • johnster_0003said 142 weeks ago

and the invisable cloak comes in 5 different colors lol
  • DeRocksaid 142 weeks ago

    I got it!
    The bottom design says:
    Rocking
    like
    the real
    deal
  • DeRocksaid 142 weeks ago

And read the color description, it's not yellow, it's Banana.
  • kihtensaid 142 weeks ago

    love. love. love.
and the design on the banana is AWESOME.
way better than the white (white - ew. sorry dudes)
    i am SO BROKE.
but if i can move enough pennies around I'm buying.
  • Soccerfun88said 142 weeks ago

Just fyi, that is not white, kihten.

Way too cheesy for my tastes.
  • kihtensaid 142 weeks ago

honestly? i dont love the yellow shirt.
but i LOVE the yellow shirt with the design. the color combo is fantastic and i think you might not hate it in person...? but you could always dye it any warm color - orange or red? or even green (over the yellow). or blue which might give you a teal'ish color. or you could bleach the yellow out maybe?

Nope. Water comes in other forms besides liquid.

"Solution" means a mixture of at least 2 distinct molecular substances, and can be a solid, liquid or gas (or, i suppose, plasma). So, pure H2O cannot be a solution; it is not an oxymoron; and it has nothing to do with the state of matter.
  • IronMansaid 142 weeks ago

Wow, I'm quite impressed. This reminds me of the corny adds you see in old comic books, like Iron Man, The Hulk, etc...

Aren't hydrogen and oxygen two distinct molecular substances?

"an act or the process by which a solid, liquid, or gaseous substance is homogeneously mixed with a liquid or sometimes a gas or solid b : a homogeneous mixture formed by this process; especially : a single-phase liquid system" Oxygen is a substance. It is mixed with hydrogen, another gas or liquid. Right? I have no idea. I'm a lit. guy.
  • Gawdsaid 142 weeks ago

We need Orson Welles pitching these items on the Shopping Network!

    Awesome retro/nostalgic 1950's design.

    It's a solvent, not a solution.
  • mlonierosaid 142 weeks ago

I want to get this, but I just bought the one yesterday and I don't really need any more T-shirts.
  • JonBowerbanksaid 142 weeks ago

meow, not the best collection of "classic" supplies one would need during an alien invasion. Needs some better and more realistic references, like a board with a nail in it, or a baseball bat.
  • godzillasaid 142 weeks ago

the "solution" wars are even more entertaining than the shirt...

Yes, water is a solvent, and without any solute in it, it cannot be a solution. It's a pure substance.
  • Armen Flysaid 142 weeks ago

Too bad for the presupposition that guys would not like a banana colored version of this shirt.
  • KNEEL13said 142 weeks ago

I love this shirt and just ordered one. It's my first shirt from here since the Zombama Brains shirt. : )
  • lowbatteriesaid 142 weeks ago

Man. I really like it. Probably gonna buy it. (And go broke with all these awesome tees here and other places this week.)
  • Tibbstersaid 142 weeks ago

For the Banana-haters, I'd just like to mention that I bought a banana shirt once, and it's actually a lot paler in real life. I was kind of disappointed that it really isn't as bright-banana as it is in the picture, but yeah it's pretty pale.
  • wottosaid 142 weeks ago

    Radiomode - Constant brilliance.
  • Ja2gersaid 142 weeks ago

    great oldskool
  • stablercakesaid 142 weeks ago

Ahhah, cool but I look awful in shirts with semi-gridded images/text.
  • cowboysaid 142 weeks ago

    oh my god, awesome !
  • Maricasaid 142 weeks ago

I LOVE this shirt! I'm not much for aliens but I really love the vintage ad style here. The descriptions of the items are amusing too. Too bad my wallet is hurting at the moment :(
  • ardwinnasaid 142 weeks ago

I want to know why you guys don't offer the shirt in both colours for both sexes to choose which colour they would prefer to have their shirt on? I love this shirt as well, but would rather buy it in the off white than the yellow.

I think you should really consider that an option, otherwise, just make the shirt the same colour for men and women.

No, H20 is a molecule where the atoms of the two elements are bonded, not "mixed," covalently (they share valence electrons), making them a single new substance with properties that differ from the original two elements. Salt water would be a solution. Oxygen as we know it is an entirely different beast and it makes up only 21% of the air we breathe. Air is actually mostly nitrogen. *The More You Know*

Also, I want this shirt in a major way and am trying, as a poor college student, to find a way to justify it. I would wear it with my x-ray specs which, I'm not lying, I actually do own.
  • daisyboxsaid 142 weeks ago

    @ardwinna ...

    WORD!
  • dudley53said 142 weeks ago

Is science class over? I need breakfast.
  • Anonymoussaid 142 weeks ago

    hahaha

but I'm on a break from buying, spent alot of money, but if I wasn't, this would have been an insta-buy
  • jayropedawg88said 142 weeks ago

    where's the tinfoil??
  • jayropedawg88said 142 weeks ago

oh and nice colors :) i just don't look good in "banana" :\
  • Kimoppisaid 142 weeks ago

I'm a bit bummed that I missed the solution/solvent/molecules/atoms discussion. It's fun to "flex" my brain cells.

As for the shirt... It's great!! I love the throwback aspect of it, and the product descriptions are hilarious!
  • Olympiasaid 142 weeks ago

Lol nice funny, works well on the shirt :)
I bet I'll look good in a blue invisible suit, everybody will envy me!
  • Carrie76said 142 weeks ago

I really like this shirt. I adore the firefighter shirt too. I guess I am going to have to buy yet another one. At least it gives the mailman job security.
  • shiiba_artsaid 142 weeks ago

Really enjoy the retro look of these designs. However like most folks on here I am not digging the shirt colors.

Armen Fly said: Too bad for the presupposition that guys would not like a banana colored version of this shirt.

There is no such thing as a men's banana blank, so they'll never print a men's shirt on banana until that changes.
  • Andy47240said 142 weeks ago

Ah, now this is the old Teefury that I remember. Keep up with the quirky fun shirts.
  • deadshallrisesaid 142 weeks ago

Good sense of humour, it's just the manifestation is pretty bland and kind of lets the whole idea down.
For a pretty easy-to-spoof area of art, it's a bit of a letdown seeing that unfortunately.
  • rx7girlsaid 142 weeks ago

Excellent tee! My fave so far!

just wish teefury would get a more flattering girls tee - or one that fits larger chests :-)
  • skonen_bladessaid 142 weeks ago

Highly enjoyable. Great shirt. I'm not too down with the cream or the off-white colour for the guys. The yellow works great, though!
  • cyberpaintersaid 142 weeks ago

    This is a great shirt.
  • blahzachsaid 142 weeks ago

If only it was a poster and not a shirt. It's pretty awesome.
  • bluebirdsaid 142 weeks ago

i wish i wasn't so freaking broke right now, oh my goddddd. i remember $5ing this on anothersite ... or i'm pretty sure i did, because i know i've seen this amazing design before. ack!!
  • ducktreesaid 142 weeks ago

Love the concept, just have no affinity for aliens whatsoever so not a buy for me...but definitely hope to see a similar style for other shirts that aren't about aliens.
  • radiomodesaid 141 weeks ago
