I've been reading tons about duels lately, and I've been really digging it, so I want to like this design. However there are too many small elements that seem meaningless or could be interpreted a hundred different ways.

Though I believe art should be open to interpretation (and this is very nice artwork) I want my shirts to be straightforward. I'm an art student which means I have to deal with people telling me their opinions on my shirts alot, I don't want to argue with people about what my shirt means.

Great work, I just don't like it as a shirt.

Considering you didn't design it, alimd, you COULD just tell whomever seems fit to argue with you "I didn't design it, so I don't KNOW what it's SUPPOSED to mean - now get off my case".

Now, about this shirt; it's a great abstract design. And by definition, abstract art is, well, abstract, and thus... VERY hit-or-miss. Not knocking the design, but its a miss in my book. :)

WOW. very very very sick. I LOVE this shirt. But.... afraid to buy based on the fit of the new blanks. Unfortunately have to pass until we get it figured out. Great design though!

For some reason whenever I wash white shirts they seem to get dirtier, so I vowed to never buy a white shirt ever again.

I don't see why you could say this is too abstract. You have imagery about duels combined with imagery about death. A fair juxtaposition if there ever was one. It's intellectually engaging without being illegable; it walks the line nicely.

I think it has to be symmetrical to get across that duel/dual idea.

Hopefully TF will switch shirt manufacturers at some point. I suspect that the shirts they use are cheaper than those used by their notable competitors ... explaining the slightly cheaper base price.

Ahhh...thanx carrbone i could'nt figure out what this reminded me of, a tattoo. of course! it also kind of looks like something you would see on the carpet or walls of a vegas casino

Finally, a design without a single animal in it.

I love my Lord of Cats shirt and Wild Duo (got it in the mail yesterday) but I've been sick and tired of animal themed shirts.

Like Holy Pokemon, If I would see another Mother Goose Frugal design, I'd flip the shenanigans to the pancakes above the high wall ceiling.

This would have been great on a sunset based color. White is too stark for this design.

I love to discuss art, I just don't like to discuss art that's on my chest therefore having everyone stare at my chest. Thanks for totally misreading my comment. And trust me I love museums and art history. (See how people can misintrepret things and be annoying?)

@Melbel, I think it stands for "Deemed Honorable," because he mentioned that in his interview, but I'm not sure.

I like this design too, very simplistic, yet holds a deep meaning.

I want to agree with the people who mentioned the shirt blanks being a deal breaker. That socks for the artist and the people wanting to buy the design. Good blanks are always essential!!

Y'all white T hatin' folk. Get some RIT dye, do a search on the net
and dye it the color you want. It's fun! if I had the money for this, I'd get some black dye, make it very light and it would come out a crazy cool gray. Done it before. Works wonders.

I have done this myself too, and it does work quite nicely. The Dye is cheap too, got it from krogers.

Ok, I didn't think I would be moved to buy another shirt for a long time as I am practically swimming in tees, and now this is thrown at me. How can I resist it, everything about this shirt screams style and skill. congrats on the print, and thanks a lot Jimiyo you managed to open up my wallet and let the moths out.

Yeah, agreed. They are now using a basic Gildan due to Alstyle availability issues. I just wore my omnibus 2 shirt yesterday and it was like wearing a brillo pad. Not cool.

I can honestly say that I hate gildan shirts. After you wash them they become short and wide. They should try making slim fit tees, its less material so it would be cheaper for them. Hopefully they are Gildan Reps reading this........

Its like... spray paint for shirts. You can use them to stencil, change the color of the shirt completely or tye dye. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! You can get it at walmart, its so easy.

Nice linework though the images comes off as a little flat, which is fine I suppose, but not my thing.

my omnibus shirt is fine too... I don't really see the big deal/difference

and awesome design! for some reason I'm totally into the old west/gun fight "stuff" so this just may hafta be a must-buy for me =)

Oh this shirt is pretty cool. I wish the artist would explain why he did specific things in a little bio about the shirt. If an explanation was needed of course.
