What are your feelings on the classic literature?
They don't call it "classic" for nothing! But seriously, having been forced to study it in school, rather than making me hate it it created in my heart a soft spot for it. I actually recently bought a paperback copy of the plays of Aristophanes. Nerdy!
Do you prefer Ice Cube, Ice T, or Vanilla Ice?
I know too little about these fellows to make an informed decision, but I think I'm correct that Ice T stars in a police drama on TV (one of the 72 police dramas currently running), so that probably means he's packing more talent than the other two.
Dragon vs. Phoenix: which would win the battle?
Both being so closely tied with fire, one belching it and one bathing in it, I believe they'd discover that their commonalities are the basis for a beautiful friendship.
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
Rather than describe a shirt I currently own, I'll mention the one that is my all-time favorite and which is now gone. It was a black tee with a high-contrast, head-and-shoulders, purple portrait of Marilyn Monroe. It was a hypnotically beatiful shirt, and I wore so often and for so long that the large holes that began appearing in it forced me to finally cast it aside.
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
I'm not qualified to defend which is "better", but the activity I participate in most is watching movies. The older the movie the better I usually like it, and, fortunately, that well is still a long way from running dry. I usually cite Citizen Kane as my most favorite movie, but I hate to slight many late-1930s films I've lately been discovering.

It's interesting to see the similarities between love and hate- in addition to sharing a letter in common, they also hold passion in common. Love it or hate it, you're feeling something, and it's intense.
Tell us the background of this design.
My remembrances are hazy. I seem to recall noodling with some custom letterforms and all of a sudden this juxtaposition of contraries just appeared. "I love it!", I exclaimed. "No," I changed my mind, "I hate it."

What inspires your work?
I've been making art and absorbing the work of other artists for so long that at this point in my life my mind is a big stew. It's from it that I'm continually drawing inspiration. That's not meant to dismiss all the great new artists I run into on the web, but there's honestly not really anybody in particular whom I follow these days.

But I do like the play on words and it's much more modern and graphically rendered, but I can't help but see stacked "LOVE" and roll my eyes :C

I didn't mean I didn't like Vonnegut, quite the contrary I'm a big fan, but you have to think about INDIANA as a whole. We have about 1.5 "cities" and most of the other people are conservatives living in rural areas. Indiana wanted to be proud of something benign like art about love instead of good books.
...since in my experience much of the state isn't a fan of recreational reading.
