Pretty good design, but not a fan of women or skulls on my shirts. Agreed that the bird shirt to the side is a fairly nice alternative.

oiseau, i love you work! almost all of your pieces are so beautiful in their own way. it's so nice to check this site and be like 'at least... talent!' i would buy the majority of your shirts, if i could afford it.

Ummm. Just my opinion but I think a lot of the word censoring TeeFury does is more on the humorous side of things and less because they are really trying to censor you. Obviously they don't have a problem with the word "p a s s", but because every other comment often contains that word, they must have thought it would be funny to replace it with a more interesting word like "pbadonkadonk". I don't know. Personally it makes me chuckle.

A lot of people will stop posting if their words are changed. Opinions drive the web, makes the plebeians feel important. Anyway, I like the shirt but the tree and the birds are another example of needless design being thrown at a perfectly good idea. Photoshop and like programs have turned every 2D form of expression into a infinitely layered jackson pollok painting of ambiguous symbols, designs, and lines.

A word from the curator:
This bike rider is a relic of another time, skeletal in form and clinging to his trusty ride. But maybe there's a wisdom in these old ways, implied in the way life (in the form of tree and birds) seems to explode forth fom his wheels as he rides.

Tell us the background of this design.
Something vintage with some hard biking attitude. Something classic with a twist of retro.

How did you get started designing t-shirts?
I discovered DBH and started designing on shirts, I had done in the past but it just added a little challenge

What advice would you offer to aspiring designers?
Be yourself, be constant in what you do whatever what people tell you. There is a lot of negativeness that can make you loose your aspirations forget all that crap and focus on what you wanna do.

What would be your dream job?
Designing shirts all day long. Which I do, I just don't get the money that goes with it.

What are your feelings on art galleries?
depends on what kind of art. There are great artists that impress me very much but also lots of them I just don't get their work

Do you prefer paint, pencil, or pixels?
I like the idea of mixing all a these in one big design blender. I like taking the best out of each

Chess vs. Checkers: which would win the battle?
Chess for sure but I prefer Terrasse

Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
These days I really love Oodle Doodle from Wotto.

What was your favorite as a kid: comics, cartoons, or movies? Was there a specific title you liked most of all?
