Interesting concept, but the execution is a little sloppy. The white color is really photoshop-y.

looks pretty neat, not sure if this is a buy, but it is a good sketch (one of the first decent ones in a LONG time, IMHO)

Am I the only one who thinks that the castle looks a little like a brain?

Has anyone else noticed the skull?

The page loaded and I was looking at it from across the room and I thought "Oh, just a skull" and then i left the room, and came back and sat down and said "WoW, that skull is a castle!"

Lol, it's definitely supposed to be an optical illusion. It's both a skull with brains, and a castle with a labyrinth.

I love this shirt! Alas, I simply have too many green shirts. I may buy it anyway...

Yes, the castle is a skull.
Yes, the roof (or lack-there-of) resembles a brain.
Yes, the "brain" resembles a maze.

I don't think there is anything else that is too obvious that doesn't need to be pointed out, lol...

Every color has something to offer, I believe, so I take each shirt, in each color with a differing opinion on how the design works with the color its in. I have a lot of green shirts and although I'm not in love with green in any particular way, a lot of designs really look great and work well with it. The design is using the background (shirt color) in an extremely well way and I think it adds a lot to the castle.

You have skills, how did you acquire them?
I've always practiced drawing since a little kid, inspired by my older brother. He draws a lot. So I had his influence in art. I always picked up any paper to doodle, every free time. I had no "aim to draw" so everything came up easily, naturally. Then I made the same way with digital media, I had no aim to be "the main man" with Photoshop, or vectorial programs. I just... learned well. But I still hope to learn lots more.

So tell us how you developed this T-shirt design, what was the starting point?
I was looking to a incredible odd eerie maze in a picture, and coincidently I already was having the idea of practicing some skills with Gestalt conceptions, so they married finely, and this art came. I made some sketches first, but the inicial inspiration was firm, so it was easy to draw.

Which T-shirt do you wear the most?
The ones I designed, like a many people I know. I trully like Bisparulz' t-shirs thou, an many others like Puhl's and so on.

Name one artist you think is underrated?
The one who didn't show up yet

Star Wars! .. ... AND Star Trek

Which 5 famous people would you like to have dinner with (dead or alive)?
I don't dinner too often eheheh. bu I'd like to lunch with my granpas and grammas and an uncle who I've lost a long time ago.

I'd like to dance with my Sayuri, right now :]

What plans do you have for 2009?
Oh man, I want to change a lot of things in '09... many things. It will be delightfully challenging.

What animal would you be re-incarnated as and why?
I don't know, any bird, I think... to fullfill the desires of flying that I have in my dreams.
