Hunting is No Joke
About the artist
Words from the curator:
It's the ever-elusive McDonald's arch bird: rarely seen in the wild, always seen in the distance of cartooned illustrations. It's never been caught. Until now. As depicted in these rare images captured by designer David Staffell. This is no laughing matter.
Tell us about yourself:
I'm British, I like clever things I'm quarter of a way to being 100. I'm part time personal trainer, part time artist and full time procrastinator.
Name a few of your favorite things.
Coffee, kittens, coke, crumpets, words beginning with a 'K' sound. Oh, and video games.
Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years with your art career or other?
I don't really care what I'm doing, I'd just like to be able to buy Tesco's Finest food range (higher quality British supermarket food) without worrying about breaking the bank.
Trip to the moon, Trip to the bottom of the ocean, or Trip to Cabo? Pick one.
I have no idea where or what a Cabo is, and the moon only looks good for doing huge jumps, so ocean it is.
What would be your dream job?
I'd like to be paid to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for the rest of my life - I'm kind of obsessed. I'd also kick your arse at it.
