First of all how did you enter the circle of awesome known as the Black Rock Collective?
Grayehound asked if I would like to be a part of a small themed group submission for Threadless. I don't think the group was named anything back then but as we got more people involved, we eventually took on the name of the Black Rock.

Tell us a little bit about your ‘BRC series’ design.
It's a bear in a sweater vest, glasses and bowler hat. He is pretty classy and likes afternoon tea.

Which BRC project has been the most interesting to you as an artist?
The card deck that we created was a fun project. It was great seeing how different styles could end up working as separate pieces as well as a unit.

Who is your favorite member of the BRC? (Don’t be shy, I’ll be asking all the others too ;)
I suck at picking favourites. Also, it's really hard to pick favourite peoples.

Which members of the BRC have you met?
I've met Julia, Priscilla, Phil, Joe, Jared, Jan Willem, Blair, Aaron, Josh, Rachel, Justin, Ross, Ian, Aled, Stef, Rob, Olly, Adrienne, Chris, Michael, Reilly and Kevin. And maybe others. Or maybe less than others.

Give us one piece of inside gossip on the BRC.
A certain somebody is a robot. Or more like, a certain somebodies. Also, drunk robots.

Do the BRC have a secret handshake, if so what is it?
The handshake is so secret that nobody remembers what it is.

What’s next for the BRC?
The future. More work, more collabs and more fun.

Which member of the BRC would you most like to collab with?
I think Aaron/Hogboy would be fun to collab with.
