Beadler
Words from jimiyo: I've known of Beadler's work for a while, and it's been interesting to watch the growth and transition. His personal work is wildly unique, but his commercial work daresay is much more palatable to a larger audience. It's a dilemma most artists face, how to balance the desire to stay true to your style while making a living is quite difficult. Beadler, however, does a great job balancing his portfolio with almost schizophrenic styles, one for personal, and one for commercial. For an artist to be able to do this, it requires that they have a great command of artistic skills. For this reason, I am thoroughly happy to present the side of Beadler of which most are not knowledgeable, but make sure to check out his more personal works.

However I did just pick up a shirt designed by Derek Deal from The Black Axe that I am pretty stoked on. If your not familiar with his work check him out he is the bees knees.
Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years with your art career or other?
In 5 year I just hope to be happy with what ever I am doing in life and if that includes me being able to make some art people like then thats F'in great

Anyways, fantastic design, reminded me of an old painting of a ship that my Grandmother had. I loved to stare at it all the time and pretend I was on the ship back in the 1700s. Good times.

This shirt is awesome. I've been specifically looking for tshirts that go over the shoulder or around the waist. Unfortunately this is how the conversation went today with my husband..
