    I have a sign I made over my cat's water bowl that says "I can be beautiful! I can be thin!" obv. a joke cause he's a little on the hefty side. We think he is beautiful anyways. (It's really just a joke at our modern media's idea of beauty, so don't freak out anyone)

    re: BW311 and WinterArtwork There are no male and female designs. If you are secure enough in your masculinity, it shouldn't matter. This is really a cute shirt, and even though I adore cats, I have run out of shirt money for the month.

    It reminds me of the cat in Two Stupid Dog that the one dog is terrified of, except this one has five extra eyes. I really like the style a lot. Reminds me of Cartoon Network of the 90's. Great!

    These t-shirts are just getting more and more... Weird. It's a cat. It has lots of eyes. And a tongue. And a scarf.
    Well the more I talk about it the more I like it. But I'm looking for something a little cooler. Funnier. Creative but not... Creepy.

    On the plus, the shade of blue is perfect. And the tongue is (sigh) cute. :)

    Hey, thanks y'all! I was afraid it was going to be another spanking machine in here, like yesterday.

    Ahh, eHalcyon, my mathematical friend, I meant 250% beyond the 100% of cuteness that the standard two-eyed cat comes issued with. This results in a TOTAL of 350% cute. Partial credit. :D

    Carmaisabeach & Lysol92, regarding the Artoo/Threepio shirt, sadly unavailable. I shopped it around (Woot and anothersite, I think? Maybe DBH?) last year, and no one bit. Maybe I'll give it another whirl somewhere else now.

    Anyway, big thanks Jimiyo for the print, and thanks again to everyone else for all the kind words.

    Also, I always thought one's sexuality was more closely related to who they are attracted to than what kind of tshirt they like to wear, but I've been wrong before.

    I agree, it's not masculine. But I like seeing cute things on this site now and then. It's a nice break from all the skulls, zombies and animal prints and the preponderence of black and gray. Not knockin' that stuff, you understand, but my husband has a lot more teefury shirts than I do, and I was getting all jealous.

    And this shirt is cute to the nth power. And it has just the right amount of pink.

    let's get some talented artists up here with shirts that normal people want to wear.

    thus far i've only bought three... hot pink logo shirt, brown shirt with the white bird and the green leaf (from like 4 months ago) and the bob dylan sketch... i want more shirts that i could wear out and not have my friends make fun of me.

    @HeyReputah I think there's an interesting disconnect in your logic. You complain twice that shirts here aren't "art" or by "talented artists" but, generally speaking, art isn't, and probably shouldn't be, geared toward things "normal" people can wear. Whatever the hell "normal" is.

    Not to say that this is great art, just that it seems like what you are looking for is probably closer to what you initially accused this of being - clip art.

    There's always Wal-Mart.

    Hahahahaha! Those are obviously the comments of a mature, well-adjusted individual.

    I outgrew worrying about whether or not my "friends" would laugh at my clothes, oh, decades ago. Does that make me immature or just abnormal?

    I don't get the sense of entitlement some people have that they would expect every (or even the majority) of designs to appeal to their own sense of style. I'm glad teefury features many different styles. Everyone has their own tastes.

    Just for that, I'm now buying TWO shirts instead of just one. Maybe I'll look less weird if my friend wears the same shirt I do! :)

    If I saw a man wearing this shirt I would not think he was guy?? That just doen't make sense. I would think "OH, he lives in his grandma's garage with his 50 inbred cats. I wounder what kind of litter he uses?"

    Really have you ever seen a cat with extra eyes? It's not cute, it not weird. There aren't world to discribe it. Going to have to pass on this one and spend the next 2 hours in my happy place to get the mutant kitties out of my head.

    1.tongue sticking out of kitty's mouth
    2.bandana around the neck
    3.7 lucky eyes
    4.all around awesomeness!!!!

    Too bad I can't buy this in a child's size for my 2 nieces. It would add to their already super cool-ness :(

    I like this shirt, but I'm not a cat person and I don't do cute. What I DO like is that it is original. Who cares if its weird?? In the end its just a shirt. I would, however, have picked up bare-buns C-3Po in a heartbeat; the copper-tone pun alone is almost worth it, but I tend to enjoy Star Wars. Thanks for the post, hope to see you back!

    Kudos on the design!! Kudos also to everyone for letting HeyReputah know how rude he is for making comments that I bet he wouldn't have the nerve to say if he were speaking in person to the artist!

    The sole reason I buy from this site more than any other is the variety; TeeFury has all the best of Woot, DBH, Uneetee, or anothersite in my opinion. These other sites get bogged down by too much of one thing or style. I don't really need anymore vector graphics in neon colors or oversize/over the seam animal prints!

    I find it amusing that the person who wants better artists around here bought a logo bird and a caricature of a famous person. When I think of great art, I think of logo-makers and caricature artists!

    Is this high art? Not hardly. But unlike so much simple stuff, it has charm and quirk to go with the cute. And it looks fine on a shirt. If more purveyors of the simple tried to be unique and charming, the shirt world would be a better place.

    "Simple" is not easy to do.

    What makes this shirt so awesome is the juxtaposition of all the cute imagery--big eyes, kitty cat, pink tongue, even the bandana around the neck (especially on the baby blue girls' tee)--with the weirdness of the seven eyes. It's smartly ironic, and I dig that.

    As for all the guys griping about it being too "girly," I can only say, "What's wrong with girly? Us girls gotta wear something, too! Oh, and I hope karma awards you with this shirt in your next grab bag buy! Wha-ha-ha-ha!
