even if Obama didn't look more like a mouse than a man, and even if the market wasn't flooded beyond flooded with Obamerch, I would still feel incredibly awkward just wearing someone's image on my chest with no further commentary or concept.

Awesome caricature! This is a nice design, though, I wouldn't buy the shirt. I would love one of these caricatures done of each member of the Beatles on a shirt, though! I sadly missed out on the Bob Dylan shirt.

Oh, also, I am slightly annoyed by the PleaseDressMe adverts as well, especially when they aren't featuring the shirts more than any other shirts on their site... My advice would be to just leave your normal comment, and leave a simple link at the bottom of it. :)

If it weren't for the fact that I just finished making myself an Obama shirt to wear tomorrow, I would snap this up. That and it's the same frickin' blue as the Bob Dylan shirt, which I own, and also the same blue as the last TF shirt I bought. I'm trying to avoid having 39428905283 shirts that are all the same color. I guess it's just my luck that all the designs I like end up on light blue!

Also, I think you ought to grow a beard Randy. I highly recommend it.

If I saw this on someones T-shirt I wouldn't automatically think 'Barrack Obama'. I don't think it's instantly recognisable like the Obey one or even the Design By Humans one.

Awsome! I do celebrate this image and this choice for today... after all, yes, it's a big deal and it's to become a legend. I don't think I'll buy it, mainly 'cause I'm not american. :D but, man I love your work. I absolutely love to see some Beatles images with your style... or maybe some Roy Orbison or Elvis Costello... Hendrix, Janis, Freddy Mercury... I'll bet for any rock & roll character... well done!!! I hate to know that I have miss the Bob Dylan one...

Tell us about yourself. My name is Randy. I'm a white male, 26, 5'8", 150ish lbs., I shave my head because I'm going bald. shh! nobody needs to know that though. and I can't decide whether to grow a beard or not. OH and I'm a Gemini.

Any '09 resolutions? Well, I've been stretching myself a little thin lately with multiple jobs, art projects, and all the other stuff that people deal with SO, I'd like to find my center, find the balance in my life and begin to focus on what is important. That shouldn't be too hard, right?

What's your opinion on art school? I graduated from Memphis College of Art, but I had the fortunate opportunity to attend Ringling School of Art and Design for one semester during my Junior year through a Mobility Scholarship. AWESOME! Art schools, professors, classmates, and all of the experiences during those four years had a significant impact on my progression as an illustrator, specifically a caricaturist. It's easy to grow as an artist when you're surrounded by free spirited, like minded/strong minded, and extremely talented people.

Are there any ongoing art projects you would like to promote? I'm still working on my popular music series so if anybody has any suggestions let me know. Shoot me an email at randymcquien_jr@yahoo.com. I working on Bruce Springsteen and Bob Marley right now. And I'm always up for commissions. ;o)

If being an artist was not an option, what would be your second choice profession? um...
