Wow, you guys should definitely print some more of Brian's stuff! I'm a big fan of the tiger, as well as some of his works featuring aquatic animals, particularly the eels and the jellyfish with crowns
The wolf is my favorite creature. I was actually just reading an article about a wolf before coming to teefury, so naturally when I saw the shirt I immediately bought it.
I also want to add that fall is my favorite season, so the leaves just adds the final touch to a perfect shirt for me. Its more than a design to me, it speaks directly to my likes.
This will be my second purchase on TeeFury. I too have a love for wolves and Fall.
At first I preferred the men's shirt because I loved the orange but then the women's spoke to me on the navy so that's what I went with.
Congratulations to the artist on a job well done. Awesome shirt.
cool design, absolutely awful color choices in my opinion. Might've looked nice in black/white or in less vivid colors that better correspond to highlight/shadow.
Off topic but anyone know who / what robinzeggblu's icon is? I really like it.
Love the shirt. The tiger & jellyfish rock as well.

"I would like to be an illustrator someday."
Seems to me you all ready are!
Great work man!!! I just've seen your portfolio... and you wish you would like to be an illustrator someday? I have to tell you... you already are! I've seen "professional illustrators" with much more poor art than yours... congratulations man!!! Love your work, i'll go buy this tee and please, keep drawing, keep illustrating and let us see...
I've been visiting this site nearly every day since it first went up and I have got to say I've been fairly disappointed with the shirts here for practically this whole past month. So many random little kiddy doodles or puns, and work that could be found on any other sort of t-shirt site.
But this is what I love about this site, right here. This shirt is absolutely awesome. When I first came to this site, I thought "man this is awesome; a site that sells shirts with full blown, hand-aching, time-consuming, soul-pouring artwork. Perfect."
This shirt is absolutely amazing sir, and I am more than happy to buy this shirt from you. Along with this shirt, all of your work on the right-hand side is also beyond awesome, and I would love that Jellyfish King print on a shirt. Keep up the good work, you're a great artist and you've made me finally buy a shirt since over a month.
So glad I got paid today! This was my splurge for the fortnight.
I got two - one for me, one for my boyfriend's V-day present!
Awesome design, I'm so glad you didn't follow the trend of making the artwork "shiny," which I'll never understand. Why does something have to be shiny just because it's on a shirt or just because it's graphic design???
A++
Oh, and I'm so glad a design I like was FINALLY on a color other than light blue...I actually don't have a navy shirt.
Thank you everyone! Your comments were very constructive and encouraging! I just wanted to take the time and answer some of the questions that were asked.
99.9% of the work in my portfolio is free hand. Every mark and drop of ink you see was done by hand using a pen or brush :D
and yes, I created the drips by blowing on them, more accurately I used a can of compressed air :p
It's funny that you mentioned Tank Theory, WinterArtwork. No, I haven't designed anything for them, but the artist I think you are referring to is Zach Johnsen. Zach Johnsen is actually the artist that made me want to become an illustrator 3 years ago! I was heavily influenced by him, hence the reason why there are several similarities.
Thanks again. I enjoyed reading all of your comments :D
Seriously, the best wolf shirt I've seen hands down. I get tired of seeing the same ole wolf images ripped off google and slapped on a shirt. This one is hand drawn, and the color choices are radical like unpaired electrons!
Two things to do today Teefurries, buy this shirt, and then browse some more of Brian's work.
Tell us about this design:
This is going to sound really nerdy, but I got the initial inspiration for this design from a card game. In the card game Magic: The Gathering, there’s a card called “Fable of Wolf and Owl.” The card’s art depicts a pile of leaves coming together to form a wolf and an owl, and I thought the idea would work well for a shirt design.
Tell us about yourself:
I’m 20 years old and reside in California. I am currently attending my third year of college. I would like to be an illustrator someday.
Are there any ongoing art projects you would like to promote?:
Currently a friend of mine is trying to start up a t-shirt company, and I might design some stuff for him. I am also currently creating more shirt designs and seeing where that takes me. I also have a blog at lettucebone.blogspot.com where a couple of friends and I post personal art projects and such.
Do you have any hobbies besides creating art?:
Lately, my newest (and probably most obsessive) hobby at the time is playing Magic with my friends. Other than that, I enjoy playing guitar, snowboarding, listening to music, sleeping, dreaming, and day dreaming.
Any shout outs?:
Shout outs to my family and friends for giving me support and motivation in my creative endeavors. I would also like to thank the people at Teefury for this wonderful opportunity.
