Great shirt. I'm still debating if I'm going to get it, but I have too many bold iconic emblem in the middle of a dark colored shirts currently. But great.
One of the oldest optical illusions in the book: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penrose_triangle. Not saying it's a poor design, just noting that the figure is certainly not new.
"The Penrose triangle, also known as the tribar, is an impossible object. It was first created by the Swedish artist Oscar Reutersvd in 1934. The mathematician Roger Penrose independently devised and popularised it in the 1950s, describing it as "impossibility in its purest form". It is featured prominently in the works of artist M. C. Escher, whose earlier depictions of impossible objects partly inspired it.
The tribar appears to be a solid object, made of three straight beams of square cross-section which meet pairwise at right angles at the vertices of the triangle they form."
What a coincidence! I just posted about Penrose Triangle t-shirts on my blog a few hours ago.

As another fellow Minnesotan I congratulate you on your win. I saw this when it was up at Uneetee and thought it was a pretty swell design.

I was reffering more to oil painting, which is expensive and requires a good ventilated area.
Im working on getting the materials i need, and setting up a place in my basement though...
Being that I live in saint Paul Mn I would totally get this if its on a swear shirt or hoody. I do like the color combos but right now i am way to cold for a tshirt.
I like your addition of the pattern fill - very nice.
sidenote regarding your painting projects...you could always just use acrylics and add retarder. It's much less toxic/fume-y, it works in kinda the same manner and will get you used to the feel of painting without the mess/expense of oils. Just a thought.
Why do you still come to this site if you haven't found something you would buy in 2 months?
Chances are, if you haven't found at least one shirt you would want to buy already, you won't in the future.
A word from wotto: I hate Maths. Always have, but I loved optical illusions as a kid. I admire the work of M.C Esher and all that is mathmatical trickery. That's why when I saw this I instantly thought "yes". Are you into Math? Then this one is a must......
Tell us a little about this design. Well, I had the idea of drawing this "impossible triangle" for a while now. I got a little bored in pre-calc the other day so I began to doodle. It was looking too barren with just the outline, so I went a little crazy and just added a bunch of lines on the inside.
Where in the world are you? Northfield, Minnesota (represent)
What is your favorite medium? I usually just do pencil and paper drawings, but I want to get more into painting and other more unique mediums, but being a 16 year old, I just don't really have much of an opportunity.
Which superhero power would you like the most and why? Hmm…being able to control things with my mind. Like Matilda. Lol
Who is the best villain ever? Dr. Octopus
What was the last song you listened to? Grass - Animal Collective
Favorite quote/lyric? The saddest thing I ever did see Was a woodpecker peckin' at a plastic tree He turned to me and "friend" say he "Things ain't as sweet as they used to be." Shel Silverstien
If you were a curator here which artist would you ask for a design from first? I'm not sure. Jimyo is the only superstar designer I know of, so I guess him.
What do you find most annoying about the Internet? Stupid people.
Who is the best T-shirt designer in the world right now? I really like Jimiyo's stuff, but as I said, I don't know many artists.
Which website do you go to everyday? I look here and at DBH every day. Other than that…Facebook.
Want to promote a website/someone/yourself? I have no website. :(

Another excellent design. The use of subtle color shifts is quite striking.
