A word from wotto: The humble pigeon, made awesome. This artist knows his stuff when it comes to vector. CP makes line work look effortless and has a great eye for detail. I am very pleased he agreed to work with me. I hope he'll pop back for a cup of tea and bring some more designs with him in the not too distant future.

Tell us a little about this design.

This was a design for a G-mail competition. The theme was "Connect" and my idea was how Homing Pigeons were used to deliver messages back in the day and how people now days that travel often tend to collect decals, bumper stickers, license plates or any keepsakes of places they've traveled to remember by. Which is why the pigeon has stamps all over his body.

Where in the world are you?

Well some people probably think I'm from another planet, but I am originally from New York and currently live in North Carolina.

What is your favourite medium?

I love using all mediums, but as of now my favorite medium is vector art or Illustrator using my trusty pen tool.

Which superhero power would you like the most and why?

Dang it, tough question. I wish I could have them all, but if I had to choose just one I guess it would be to fly. I know kinda lame.

Who is the best villain ever?

After seeing the new Batman movie without a doubt the Joker of course with the late but great Heath Ledger. No one could have played a better role for the Joker.

What was the last song you listened to?

Linkin Parks, "Breaking the Habit" from their Meteora album. I love their music and other artists that can collaborate with different styles and genres to create a new sound.

Favourite animal?

The Liger. On a serious note though I guess a Cheetah. Cats are just powerful, graceful creatures and anything that can move 70 mph in my book is awesome.

If you were a curator here which artist would you ask to contribute design?

Although there are alot of seriously talented artists on this site, if I had to choose one it'd either be between Jimiyo or Hydro74. They're both extremely talented artists and I am always amazed at the work they do and it inspires me to try to do more.

What do you find most annoying about the Internet?

I can't seem to find a dang thing I'm actually searching for, ever. You type in something like "cobra snake" for a drawing reference and you get a porn site.

Who is the best T-shirt designer in the world right now?

I don't know if I could list a specific person, but as far as companies I'd have to say Affliction or Yellowman. Anyone who can sell t-shirts between $100 and $700 a piece has got to be doing something right.

Which website do you go to everyday?

Here of course, and your competitors Threadless and Design by Humans. Oh and Gametrailers.
