Teefury

A word from wotto: Whe I first saw Noise Pollution I wanted it to be my first curated tee at teefury. Unfortunately it was unavailable and I cried. However, being awesome Mathijs agreed to do a design just for us. I am super pleased with the result as I think I like it more. You may have seen this in the blogs as it developed into a great tee design.

Tell us a little about this design:
Well it's basically a continuation of the robot theme I started in my Noise Pollution design, robot's made of a load of other items or machines, which Wotto really liked. Noise Pollution is still on threadless, waiting for the 90 days to pass, so I couldn't submit it here yet.
So I created something along the same lines, while still being different ofcourse.  It doesn't really have a deeper meaning, but you can read as much into it as you want.

Where in the world are you?
I'm in the Netherlands. Been here all my life.

What is your favourite medium?
Either digital, acrylics or pencil. I enjoy painting, even though I don't do it all that often. I'm most productive on digital though.

Which superhero power would you like the most and why?
That's a tough one. Either movement at the speed of light, or time travel abilities, that'd be great. Or perhaps movement at a speed greater than the speed of light, which would theoretically also give me time travel abilities. Yeah, I'd go for that.

Who is the best villain ever?
I'd say Dr. Octopus. He has robotic tentacles. How awesome is that.

What was the last song you listened to?
Right now there's some random song I don't know on the radio. The last song I actually chose to listen to was Reel Big Fish - She has a girlfriend now.

Favourite animal?
Hmm.  Cats as pets, otherwise one of those crazy unknown fishtype creatures that live way deep in the oceans. I have this book full of photo's of those guys, some of them are insane.

Alex Solis.

What do you find most annoying about the Internet?
People who think they are the king of the world, and their designs are the best ever, and who won't take in even the nicest critique.

Who is the best T-shirt designer in the world right now?
I'd say either Chad Lenjer (Discordantart on Emptees), or Alex Solis (Alexmdc on Threadless). I'm just amazed by every new piece of art they make.

Which website do you go to everyday?
I have a few I check every day, couple of shirt sites, including Teefury ;) Gmail.com ofcourse. I also check the Cyanide & Happiness webcomic every day. Good way to start your day.
