    omg, I definitely bought that last design on the bottom at DBH. I LOVE that shirt. A definite contemplation on purchasing this shirt. It made me chuckle. And I do enjoy the Japanese influence in this design as throwing in the surfboard is a nice touch!

    I have been waiting for a few months to fall in love with a shirt on this site so I can buy one (because I have too many tshirts already) and it has finally happened... but it's yellow... nooo any other color (except heather gray, haha). but I really like this so I guess I will sleep on it.

    Yes, the wave definitely has influence from The Great Wave Off Kanagawa coz I'm looking at it on my wallpaper now. :D Still, it's a beautiful work here. :)

    lol i see now that you told in the description itself that its pretty straight forward. Maybe i read it not knowingly but anyway please take some of you other not printed tees and put them here because there are alot of not printed threasures there.

    I'm not sure if anyone else feels this way, but I've been disappointed to come to teefury many days and find that the shirts here are either for a younger (more brazen) audience, or simply feel slightly amateur?

    I mean no offense to the current designer, whose work in the sidebar appears to be far superior to this particular product. I would probably buy a lot more shirts of this caliber and genre if they were more often posted :

    I love this design and would buy it, but for the fact that it is on white. That's been the case with the last few designs I've really liked. White just looks cheap to me. I know others will disagree - it's a personal style thing, but a colored shirt is just a little more classy around here. I agree with squaredeye to some extent though I'm not quite as critical, but the choices he's picked from the files are some of my favorites too, and some of those I've purchased. And only one had the guys' in white - and I would have bought it if it were on something else - black, navy, even heather, anything but white (well, nor banana either, for guy - I've tried and it just looks like a girls shirt).

    On the whole I've liked recent designs that have gotten some criticism, but the trend has been away from some of the really outstanding designs from a couple months ago. Layne - how have sales been? Do they correspond the the criticism of late? Enquiring minds want to know. ;-)

    I'm jealous that I don't like the way girls' tees fit, because the yellow looks great! While I tend to shy away from white, I think this design looks good on it, and not "cheap" as other people have mentioned. I'm a big fan of your designs and this one is no different. I laughed out loud when I saw it!

    I really like the style of this shirt. It appeals to me because I like traditional Japan and I like the juxtaposition with modern surfing. It reminds me a little of a Japanese movie which was made in Australia about some surfers going up the coast, but I forget the name.

    I think it's a good choice of shirt colour as it fits the style of the art. Neither option's a perfect match to the original Great Wave I guess, but they're both pretty close. It must be disappointing if you like the design but really can't wear that particular colour but I think this is the sort of case where there's really no other option. It would look silly on black or blue or something.

    Definately excited to see some more of your designs on this site. Like someone said previously you should submit some more of the designs that have not been printed.. "Life: now in colour" is amazing!
    It's also great on your website that you have links to all of your shirts that are for sale.. I'm going to have to ask for a few for Chirstmas. keep up the good work.
