Teefury

Hi guys! "Hello Sweetie" is a collaboration between Omega Man 5000 (http://www.facebook.com/OmegaMan5k) and myself (http://www.facebook.com/mLARAart). We have several other collabs in the works. :D

The "All Things Serve the Beam" design is a reworking of one of my very first designs on Teefury. I hope you like the updated artwork--I thought a desert palette was more suited to the Tower. Thanks for looking and happy Tuesday. :)

oh God Dammit, Serve the Beam? That's the best shirt ever. -.- and I just bought that adventure time shirt... this close to the end of the month? So many good Shirts? YOU'RE KILLING ME TEE FURY. I will buy literally every Dark Tower Shirt.

I loved MeganLara's Souffle Girl, so I think I have to get Hello Sweetie.

Unfortunately, I hate River Song, and the "All things serve the beam" is too much like the "He Followed" shirt for me. Great art on both, but neither is a buy for today. :(

Could someone make some art of the previous companions? I mostly seen 11th doctor companions on Teefury, but why no Romana, Ace, or Sarah Jane? Or even more Rose, Martha and Donna? Please? As I said, I like your art style Megan, so I would buy in a heartbeat if you drew some of the older companions.

I want Hello Sweetie, but I has no cash :|. I'm not completely heartbroken, River's not my favorite character, I just love the design, but I am still disappointed.

I haven't read The Dark Tower in a while. Why is it "since 1999"? "The Gunslinger" was first published in '77 or '78.

I got the souffle girl shirt and now i am adding this one to my list of amazing tees. I hope there are more of these type of shirts coming. Hopefully a Rose one and an Amy Pond one as well. That would pretty much seal the deal for me.

My guess is that King was in this car accident in 1999 and in reading one of the tower books I know he mentioned that a woman had come up to him and inspired him to finish incase anything happened to him. Hence the 'serving the beam'

Love the Dark Tower tees!!

Ooo, Megan Lara Dark Tower! That's automatically awesome. The design, though, is very similar to "He Followed" (with the keyhole, Red King eye in the sky, rose field and the Gunslinger center). Sort of makes me hesitate on it. The slogan makes me giggle, though, so I'mma sleep on it.

I want both.. but I would like to know why 1999? The series is from way before that. Please explain? Thanks.

Oh schnikes!!! Dark Tower shirt? Umm I think yes. Here's a true story... It's 12:13 in the morning, I'm laying in bed listening to audio book Wolves of the Calla (book 5 in the series) narrated by George Guidall and I come to Teefury to see today's awesome tee and my brain literally exploded with disbelief at what was before my eyes!! This shirt will be mine as soon as I post this comment. F*cking Best win of 2013 so far!!! I love the art. The Dark Tower series is a classic, I recommend it to everyone. That's for making my night/morning!!!!!

I have known for a few days now that "Hello Sweetie" would be up for sale in today's Twofury, since Megan announced it on her FB page...

And I have known since I first saw the design that I would buy it as soon as it hit any of the daily sites, even though I'm not that much of a big fan of River's.

Such an awesome shirt it would be unfair to put it against someone else's art, so of course it had to be against another of Megan's designs...

In one of the books, "Wolves of Calla" I believe, Jake introduces himself to the town as part of the Ka-tet of 1999. Plus, in the reprints at least, King put a huge emphasis on 19 in all the books.
