Tell us a bit about this design.
Basically I grew up with 80's cartoons and my older brother is a huge fan of this cartoon. We still like to watch the '86 animated movie occasionaly and the energon goodie scene just triggered the idea of this design.
Where are you from?
I hail from a northern provence in the Netherlands called Groningen. It's a great city with a very lively nightlife due to it being a city of many students which of course means I've had a lot of fun during my college years :) Aside from the partying, there are actually a lot of national and international cultural events held in Groningen and if anyone ever has the chance to come to the Netherlands be sure to go exploring beyond just Amsterdam or you're definitely missing out on stuff!
What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?
I like bringing back bits of nostalgia because I think a lot of pop culture from the past is still relevant today. I do love modern day pop culture too, but I tend to lean towards the past when designing stuff. Hopefully my designs will make you giggle like the kid you were when you played videogames or watched cartoons and movies and what not.
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
I'd rather not keep any secrets. They usually have a way of coming out anyway. There are probably a lot of embarrassing things to find out about me as it is so I rather beat everybody to the punch and be honest and open.
Name a few of your favorite things.
Videogames, Cartoons, Movies, Comics, Food! And silly discussions about the cosmos.
What kind of art did you make as a kid?
I grew up drawing a lot of fan art of videogames and cartoons. I lalso earned a lot from my older brother whose comic collection has inspired me greatly.
What is your favorite thing about video games?
Feeling awesome when you finally beat a level or a boss or finishing the game!
Pizza vs. sushi: which would win the battle?
Although I'm craving for Sushi right now, I must say Pizza. Simply because the different kinds of topping make for a wider range of choice.
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
My favorite shirt is my 8-bit pixel mario shirt I got as a present. Only problem is I outgrew it quite fast due to my aforementioned love for pizza.
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
Gaming: I can't name any favorites cuz I have too many. I will however say that currently Borderlands 2 has taken up a lot of my time!
What inspires your work?
Usually it just comes out of the blue. I do however try to brainstorm about designs now and then using wordplay as inspiration.

A big shout out to everyone that supported me in pursueing a career in graphic design and of course everybody over at teefury that deemed my design worthy! :)
