Tell us about this design.
I have always loved the TC logo but feel it has become a bit of a cheesy logo like the transformers ones that are stuck on the back of boy racer’s cars. Therefore I wanted to create something that captured the pure awesomeness of the original cartoon so true fans could rock it.
Where are you from?
These days I just say my suitcase. I’m from England but I’ve moved around so much in the last few years I’m not sure there’s much “English” in me these days.
Which art style would you most like to learn?
I reckon there are so many styles you can’t be taught. However there are many techniques I would love to try out. I would definitely love to try tattooing in the future and chip carving is also on my list.
If you had a time machine, which era would you visit first?
I’d head straight to the “Enchantment under the sea dance” so I could watch George Mcfly deck Biff and Marty shred “Jonny be good” in person.
If you could stop any t-shirt trend in its tracks, which would you end? What trend would you like to see started?
It seems tie dying is coming back, which is worrying but I think first we need to stamp out any style worn by the crew from Jersey Shore. I’ve noticed a slight change in the MMA style tees over the last few months. I guess those companies are just as embarrassed as I am for them.

Would you rather visit Thundera or Eternia?
MJ, that maybe the most difficult question I have been posed to date. First off, sorry to be one of those geeks but you mean Third Earth as Thundera was destroyed. I would love to check out the Lair and go for a ride with Panthro in the tank. I also think Third Earth definitely had more interesting characters as was nice and diverse like San Francisco haha. However, I think in the end I would have to pick Eternia as Tela and She-Ra are in essence humans and Cheetara is half feline ;)
Cats vs. dogs: which would win the battle?
The questions get harder. My Dad is a dog man and my Mum is one of those crazy cat women that has way too many living in a small house. When I was one we had both in the house and I noticed the dogs did tend to bow before the kings of the house. I love both and probably couldn’t pick one although I do really want to get a puppy soon so I will say dogs…just.
Describe the first shirt you ever designed.
I called it playing with your mind and it was a kitten playing with a ball of wool that was a brain and the trail of wool coming from it created the person’s head. Concept was quite good but the execution sucked.
What has been your most inspiring art experience?
I really enjoy checking out the art markets here in Bolivia. Some of the wood carving and leather work is amazing. I always draw something when I get back from those places. Good artist’s block cure.
