God Of Cosmic Horror
About the artistArt curated by
Tell us a bit about this design.
It's my takes on H.P.Lovecraft's CTHULHU. It was important to me that it had an organic quality.
Not a composite of strange parts slapped together, but to feel like something created by nature, or what have you. Something ancient and writhing.
Where are you from?
New York City
What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?
No matter what I create, I try to make it at least interesting and pleasant to look at…..lol.
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
What a mess my work area is.
Name a few of your favorite things.
Beer, coffee, music, and nice weather.
What kind of art did you make as a kid?
Loved drawing monsters and aliens.
What is your favorite thing about horror?
It's a safe way to menace one's own mortality by proxy.
Lovecraft vs. Poe: which would win the battle?
I think that I'd have to say Lovecraft . His horror is more encompassing.
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
Probably my Robert Crumb 'Flakey Foont and Mr.Natural' t-shirt. It shows an aged, haggard Flakey Foont looking up in despair, crying out, "DEATH…The end of myself…no more ME…It's incomprehensible!" and the on looking Mr.Natural responds "Work on it…"
LOL….need I say more?
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
I really love movies. That's a tough one but A CLOCKWORK ORANGE is up there.
What inspires your work?
Music, other artists, how I feel about things, things I see, and things I'd like to see.
Any shout outs?
A shout out to all you wonderful people. :)
