Tell us a bit about this design:  
I've been watching the new cartoon which isn't terrible and definitely has better costume designs (I suppose that midriff bearing ensemble of the old lead is a bit outdated) but it did instill some warm fuzzy feelings of 80's nostalgia.  Then I watched some of the old stuff and couldn't remember why I liked it so much!  It's still better than He-Man though, gawd.

Where are you from?  
The not so frozen north of Ottawa, Canada.  Seriously, I've only had to shovel my driveway once this winter as the weather has been so weird.  Not that I'm complaining.

What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?  
Um...buy my shirts to support my formula and diaper addiction!  (for my twins, not me.)

What do you absolutely not want them to find out?  
Ok, sometimes I drink the formula too but I draw a line at the diapers, you know, for now.

Name a few of your favorite things:  
As the mom of a two year old and two 7 month olds, all boys, my bed is my favorite thing right now and we really don't get to spend enough time together.

What kind of art did you make as a kid?  
Horses!  I drew horses ALL the time.  And comics.  Sometimes I even combined the two!

What is your favorite thing about working on your comic, Bear Nuts?  
The creative freedom: it's mine and I can do whatever I want and I don't have to answer to anyone.  I started the webcomic on the side when I was drawing a 160 page comic for a manga publisher.  It was based on a book series for teen girls and it was about princesses who had to wear pouffy dresses all the time, even while riding and fighting, and it got very tiresome.  It also involved three different editors with sometimes conflicting opinions, and it was in black and white tones.  I started Bear Nuts to give me something completely different to do as a creative outlet.  Immature and violent candy colored bears who swear at each other are loads more fun to draw.

Teddy bears vs. grizzly bears: which would win the battle?  
If you're talking regular old teddy bears then I don't imagine they'd have much of a chance.  Now SuperTed would be another story (There's some more 80's nostalgia for you.)

Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much:  
I've lately fallen out of shopping for me (since after having twins nothing fits) but I buy a lot of kid's clothes now and a t-shirt sized for a one year old is super cute no matter what's on it.  My oldest has this striped shirt with a sextopus on it (it's only got six legs) and it's adorable.  He also gets a lot of wear out of his "Batman in Training" shirt.  I'll be sad when he gets older and won't let me dress him anymore.

Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium:
I don't have a lot of time to do other than watch movies as I set them up to play on the bottom corner of my screen while I work.  It's a good way to miss most of what's going on so I usually have to watch them a couple times.  Favorite movie is a tough one but I've always loved 'Willow', back when Val Kilmer was hot.

What inspires your work?  
Anything I see/hear can put images in my head.  I try to be rather spongy and then I brainstorm in the shower.  It never fails.

I just want to say thank you to TeeFury for my first print here.  I stumbled upon shirt designing and haven't been at it too long but I've had a lot of fun learning and have met lots of encouraging and amazing artists.
