This design is inspired by a superb film and one of my all time favourite comic strips
Where are you from?
Wakefield, up away from the smoke in a place Monty Python would call 'the third world'
How did you get started designing t-shirts?
back in 2007 I saw an advert for a design competition on a now defunct site called dshirt, my design won, and the site then disappeared
What advice would you offer to aspiring designers?
keep plugging away at it, and never, Never! feed the trolls
What would be your dream job?
Animator at Pixar
What is your favorite thing about animation?
When someone watches some of my animation and they talk about the character as if they were alive and not 3d graphics or drawings moving about a bit.
What would your ideal house be like?
quiet with the option to add noise when needed
Aliens vs. sea monsters: which would win the battle?
hmmm ... would have to go with Aliens, the would drain the seawater to take back to their own planet and we'd be left with sea monsters flapping about like giant jumping beans
What was your favorite as a kid: comics, cartoons, or movies? Was there a specific title you liked most of all?
2000ad was my fave comic (i still have several hundred of them, some dating back to '77 when it first started, Starwars movie, saw it as a kid at the cinema when it first came out ... changed my life! cartoons .. so many, but Wile e Coyote and Roadrunner stand out the most
What are a few of your favorite websites?
hmm .. tough one, I don't really have any favourites, related sites would be Shirtoid.com Teegazette.com erm... Teefury.com and a few other teeshirt related sites ... youtube.com ... oh yeah facebook is where i spend most of my web time chatting with the guys in the RBA/RBC group
Any shout outs?
This is a tough one, there are so many, i'm scared I might offend those I leave out, firstly, thanks to all the artists the RBC and RBA groups for their support ... especially Rob @cu3ik , Fiona @fionahreeves and Elias @EliasElDaoud and Shirtoid.com too ... but there's so many more ace supportive people out there! - and Thanks to Teefury too for giving me this opportunity (again!) :D
