Love this! Though I do think it would look better if the design was actually bigger and spread across more of the tee (look back in the forums n you will see tht all the designs wer originally a lot bigger!)
Still pretty awesome though :)

This is 110% awesome, original, non-MashedPotato, amazing illustration! Don't have to think twice about purchasing this one. After looking every day since well before Christmas and not quite finding something I like I've seen this one. Thanks missmonster.

a miss-monster shirt is always an automatic buy for me. she's one of the few artists on here that almost ALWAYS brings consistently great, completely original designs. i wish TF had more tee's come up like hers (artistically solid, original pieces), and cut down just a little bit on the parodies and mash-ups.

SHE-FURY: All this week, February 5th - 11th, we're featuring designs created by artists of the female persuasion. Women represent only a small fraction of our overall artist roster. We hope focusing attention on them will inspire other aspiring designers, male and female, to start creating and find success working as an independent artist.

Tell us a bit about this design.

This is sort of a revisit to an older design i did on teefury awhile back (Totem) I guess i just wanted to compare style changes since then. I like this one better! (whew!)

If you had the chance to learn something from any other artist, who would you choose and what would you want to learn?

I would love to learn how to sculpt people faces from the Shiflett brothers. Their human faces have so much life and emotion in them, even when it's just a "sketch" in clay. My people face sculpts look like bored Real Dolls.

You've been granted immortality, but with a twist- you'll have to spend the rest of your life as a character in a movie. Which movie do you choose?

The bartender in Kickboxer cause then i'd get to see awesome stuff like this all the time: http://youtu.be/CE8XKeN0zk4 (but in all seriousness, probably April O Neil cause i'd get to have crazy mutant adventures! Maybe one of those blue cat people from Avatar?)

If you had an unlimited budget to create your own theme song, what band or artist would you commission to write and/or perform it?

Three Inches of Blood all the way.

Describe the perfect meal.

Sushi from Yokohama (my favorite local restaurant), eating it on a beach in Fiji in my own private amazing beachside hut while sitting on a pile of cash. Ha!

What future MissMonster project should fans start getting excited about?

I have so many dolls planned. So many dolls. 2012= year of the DOLLS. I'm also playing with 1/6 toy customization and there is a certain dark elf im going to be making a fan art toy of :)
