The Tardis, The Delorean, Sands of Time Dagger, HG Wells Time Machine?, Time Travel Toaster from Simpsons Treehouse of Horror 5, Time Bandits Map, The phone booth from Bill and Ted, The time portal from City on the Edge of Forever in the otiginal Star Trek, Hot tub time machine, the Stargate, Time Turner from Harry Potter, Terminator Time Sphere
Dr.who is the police box, Bill and Ted's excellent adventure is the phone box, terminator is the guy in the circle, Back to the future is the Delorean, and Prince of Persia is the knife. What are the others?

Guys.....Stargate isn't a time machine type device......what you're referring to as a Stargate is actually the time machine Dr. Evil built in the Austin Powers movies.....

hmm..I'll give you that one but I'm pretty sure when you look at the design....I'm pretty sure no character from Stargate struck such that pose when entering the machine lol

It's not Stargate or Dr. Evil's time machine; it's the Time Tunnel, from the TV show of the same name, which Austin Powers was spoofing.
The stargate's been used as a time travel device several times, but it would have the wrong number of chevrons if it were that. I'd still probably tell people it's a stargate, though, and see if anyone catches that.
Cool shirt, but would need to see Time Bandits if I'm going to rock it. Also like Doctor Who, but its prevalence on this site is a bit much.
This is so beautiful! Beautifully time travel pieces on a blue background suggestive of my beloved TARDIS, arranged at the twelve hands of the clock. Smart AND cool! :D. Love your side-art, too! I hope those go on sale soon as well! TARDIS of monkey-Doctors and the all-companion car wash them are especially spectacular (I suppose Donna's missing because would have given the Doctor a good smacking for suggesting such a thing :P)
Aw, man... for a second there I thought the two guys going through the spiral on the left might be a nod to the '80s TV show "Voyagers!" starring Meeno Peluce and the late Jon-Erik Hexum.

It's ok, but I am a little tired of all the "stick a picture of every type together like a collage" t-shirts. Weapons, vehicles, moustaches and so on are getting a little over done, and are quite frankly unoriginal and over done. Just an opinion, I do hope those who buy it enjoy the hell out of it.

Not the Stargate. That's the TIME TUNNEL! Irwin Allen!
will NEVER spend money on a Dr. Who reference... Even though, Back to the Future, H.G. Wells Time Machine, Austin Powers, Bill and Ted, Hot Tub Time Machine, The Terminator, and Prince of Persia are all awesome. Congrats on the print despite the major flaw in the top center of the design. *cough, tardis*
I love the monkey in a barrel doctor who thing, its adorable, and the ballad of rory pond is great!
Sorry though, not a buy for me, I don't get all of them.

That may be what Austin Powers was referencing, but the shape of the figures is clearly AP. So the shirt is referencing AP.
I love all the DocWho sideart except the last one really... and the mag-neato one is cute. :) The tee it's self is awesome I just bought the grab bag though so I think I'll hold off on this one.
fuwalda said: Pretty sure that's NOT a Stargate. That's the Time Tunnel.
Yes it definitely is. Some people are going to be very dissapointed to see that the just bought a shirt because of a non-existant Stargate reference. Not me though, I think that the design is awesome.

Makes it even better. donna was ANNOYING. I'd totally buy that shirt in a heartbeat though.
12:00 = Tardis (Doctor Who)
01:00 = DeLorean (Back To The Future)
02:00 = Time Dagger (Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time)
03:00 = The Time Machine (H.G. Wells)
04:00 = Toaster Time Machine (The Simpsons)
05:00 = Time Bandits Map (1980s TV show)
06:00 = Phone Booth Time Machine (Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure)
07:00 = Time Portal (Star Trek The Original Series)
08:00 = Hot Tub Time Machine (Uh, Hot Tub Time Machine)
09:00 = Time Tunnel (1960s TV show that Austin Powers gave homage to)
10:00 = Time Turner (Harry Potter & The Prisoner Of Azkaban)
11:00 = Terminator Time Sphere

More than once, actually. Also, Dr. Evil's time machine was a fairly obvious parody of classic TV show Time Tunnel. I thought that's what it was, but it might be a combination of the two/three...
I really like this! Especially cause I know all but one of the references - six o'clock? Two of them did stump me though until I read the comments. Couldn't remember the dagger cause I didn't care for that movie. And I didn't get that that was a hot tub or I would have gotten the reference much easier.

The Tardis, The Delorean, Sands of Time Dagger, HG Wells Time Machine, Time Travel Toaster from Simpsons Treehouse of Horror, Time Bandits Map, The phone booth from Bill and Ted, The time portal from City on the Edge of Forever in the original Star Trek, Hot tub time machine, dr. Evil's time machine from the spy who shagged me, Time Turner from Harry Potter, Terminator Time Sphere
They are in clockwise order from the 12 - The Tardis, The Delorean, Sands of Time Dagger, HG Wells Time Machine, Time Travel Toaster from Simpsons Treehouse of Horror 5, Time Bandits Map, The phone booth from Bill and Ted, The time portal from City on the Edge of Forever in the otiginal Star Trek, Hot tub time machine, Time Machine from Austin Powers, Time Turner from Harry Potter, Terminator Time Sphere
I thought the Austin Powers was the old Time Tunnel show, and the time travelling hot tub was Ray Palmer's tiny time pool, so I was over geeky there. I missed the Time Bandits map and the Simpson's toaster, so my old geekhood is proven as well. The time travel machine I really wished worked nowadays is Regenerist.
I would buy every one of those side art shirts with the exception of Mag-neato. Also, aren't 6:00 & 12:00 really the same thing? Are you trying to tell me George Carlin wasn't an American Time Lord?
And on a side-note why doesn't Primer have a better nerd cult following?! That's easily my favorite time-travel movie of all time (see what I did there?).
Sorry- It is NOT the Time Tunnel. Time Tunnel was constructed of concentric OVAL rings (definitely no spiral pattern) and no "chevron-looking things" (which is also making it resemble the Star Gate) around the outer rim. Tony & Doug were the same size, so I believe this must be Dr. Evil & Mini-Me using their time machine.
Godfrey said: I would buy it if it were a Stargate, otherwise, maybe not...got to think about this one.
Completely agree. I actually recognized the Austin powers because the shiloettes, but I though the one under that was the gate, since it can be used laying down. However, the hot tub time machine makes more sense.

Try the 60s show "TIME TUNNEL".
and the TARDIS girls are Rose, Martha, Amy, and RIVER.
There's only one ginger and it's obviously Amy. River has dirty blonde curly hair.

I meant to say it is not Irwin Allen's 1960s Time Tunnel. Dr. Evil, however, may have also called his device a time tunnel (definitely a homage, too!).

I kinda thought the portal looking thing everyone is insisting is Stargate or Austin Powers was the portal in Hope Plaza from Terra Nova.
If this had an anomaly from Primeval on it, and maybe a little title text under each item for those of us not in all twelve fandoms, it would be an instabuy.
this design is excellent - we need a Rocky Horror remake with all our favorite time travelers. side art: Mag-Neato and Doctors+Tardis are both magnificent.

Yes that is a time tunnel, i've watched stargate forever. it does have a outline like the stargate but the white and black swirl and the 2 people jumping into it was all time tunnel

Wrong Shape for Irwin Allen's Time Tunnel from the 1960s (Google an image and check it out.... Time Tunnel is oval, concentric rings & no spiral pattern). Dr. Evil's time machine look like this, though, and he's in there in the design with Mini-Me.....
Nibbs8383 said: Yes that is a time tunnel, i've watched stargate forever. it does have a outline like the stargate but the white and black swirl and the 2 people jumping into it was all time tunnel
It's Dr. Evil and Mini-me in his time machine. Time Tunnel from the 60s was a series of concentric OVAL rings with no spiral pattern (Google Image it). Also, neither Tony nor Doug (from "The Time Tunnel" series) was a "Little Person" , like in this design.
Nice design! I love all the references... but had just the slightest desire for there to be only 12 of them so that an additional shirt could be purchased, mounted, and have 'clock fixins' inserted through the middle, because this would've made a SUPERB clock! :)
fuwalda said: Pretty sure that's NOT a Stargate. That's the Time Tunnel.
Yes, people. It is the Time Tunnel. The 1960s Irwin Allen TV show that Austin Powers parodied in the 2nd and 3rd films. But I would have to concur: it is meant to be the Time Tunnel, as that came first. [At least in our time line.]

WOW!
Has anyone here actually ever watched "The Time Tunnel"? I have! Go and Google an image of it. This is not the "Time Tunnel" from the 1960s television show. GO take a look. This is obviously from Austin Powers, and they must have done it as an homage to the old TV show.

I just love the Dr. Evil and Mini Me jumping into the time warp on the left! Hahah! Legit. But thats the only one reason why I would buy this other than the design/layout looks cool and blue is always good.
spanishboyal said: Guys.....Stargate isn't a time machine type device......what you're referring to as a Stargate is actually the time machine Dr. Evil built in the Austin Powers movies.....
They did use it as a time travel device during a solar flair is one of the episodes
2 Episode of SG-1, 2 Episodes of Atlantis, 2 Episodes of SG-U and the entire Continuum film involved the gate begin used for time travel. I still don't think it's a stargate though, all the other pictures are pretty good representations with detail, and the "stargate has the wrong amount of chevrons, incorrectly distributed, and has no symbols on it. It's more likely the austin powers portal or the time gate from eureka or something.
Potential stagate reference could have been the puddle jumper though.

Nice try, but your over thinking this. If you look again, you'll see Dr. Evil and Mini-me jumping into the middle of it.
This shirt is awesome, but not for me as I don't know enough about all the references.... its definitely the time machine from Austin powers tho cos its Dr Evil and Mini Me jumping through it.
All the side art is awesome!
As for the 'Tardis Wash' one, I love the idea but not keen on how the girls are drawn. But its definitely Martha, Rose, Amy and River (dirty blonde hair)
So overall this is all pretty awesome :)
N I do wish ppl would stop moaning about Doctor. Who shirts... if you don't like em then at least your money can be saved for a tee you really like when it comes up!
What about the time-code Bender tattoo from Futurama? OR the forward-only machine! Also the pods or ride from Idiocracy!
Cool design otherwise. Didn't get 5 or 7 o'clock but I see them in the comments. Side arts are all great, though the Bioshock/DrWho shirt is easily my favorite. Keep up the good work.
I love the Bill and Ted one! If the tee would've been dedicated to them, I would've bought it, but I think this tee is lacking a mention of Sliders. I think that TV show was great and Would've loved to see either the control or the vortex in there too. :(
Ohhhhh Myy GOD. I need this now. Even though i bough 2 grab bag shirts 2 days ago, i need this. Its a cooler design than the similar previous shirt i bought "objects in space". I'm a sucker for technology group shots.

I think you're right on all except the stargate. For one besides using the gravity of a sun to time travel it wasn't meant for time travel just instantly traveling large distances. I think it's that time warp thing from Austin Powers films.
p0babylon said: is that the dagger of time and a stargate? that makes this pretty much an insta-buy
yussssssss!
Stargate wasn't a time machine and thats actually either the Time Tunnel (from the show with the same name) or more likely the Time machine from Austin Powers esp as it has Dr Evil and Mini Me silhouettes on it
Yep, it's definately The austin powers time machine (as shown by the swirls and the Doctor evil shape and the mini Doctor evil shape,
and also people saying that the stargate isn't a time machine are wrong,
Time and distance are relative so essentialy instantaneous travel millions of miles away is classed as time travel :P

I din't know if it's a stargate ou the Dr Evil time machine. The pose of the travellers, the whirlwind and the fact that a normal guy seems to warp after a very small (tiny) guy, such as, let's mini-me...

What you thought was the Stargate is not the Stargate. Firstly, it's the time machine from Austne Powers 2, you can even see the figures of Dr. Evil and Mini Me. Secondly, the Stargate did not travel through time, but rather, through dimensions.

While you are right about the Doctor Evil thing, I still would have liked to see the stargate. Time travel was a fluke at first, but later it was controlled and even had a whole movie around the concept of time travel. /endgeekrant

I'd say Rose, Martha, Amy and River Song.
Barrel of Doctors... I'd wear that.
From what I can tell, starting at 12 o'clock
Tardis, Delorian, Prince of Persia dagger, 'Time Machine' time machine, ???, Time Bandits map?, Bill & Ted, Guardian at the Edge of Forever(star trek), Hot Tub Time Machine, Dr Evil time machine, Time Turner(harry potter), Terminator time sphere.

No slingshot around the sun I can live with. Even Time TRAXX I can say no big deal. But you left out The Voyagers, and that is an omission which I cannot fathom. Good work sir, but without The Voyagers compass, this shirt is incomplete.
Very good concept, like the design, it's just very blue... But that's an on not a criticism, Also don't get a lot of these, but that's why it's teefury it's niche and that's awesome. Is the floor portal (8 O'clock) Quantum leap? Because Quantum leap is awesome, Also the ocarina could have been here.
I just think the Telephone booth could have been somethng a bit more unique, because It tok me a bit to figure out t wasn't a second Tardis, agan though opinion.
Last comment I have to watch Rocky Horror no thanks.

If it's the show and not austin powers, then why are there two figures in it in the exact position that dr. evil and mini-me were in when they went through and back in time? I've never seen the show so I'm not being a smart ass, genuinely want to confirm.
choanata said: The Tardis, The Delorean, Sands of Time Dagger, HG Wells Time Machine?, Time Travel Toaster from Simpsons Treehouse of Horror 5, Time Bandits Map, The phone booth from Bill and Ted, The time portal from City on the Edge of Forever in the otiginal Star Trek, Hot tub time machine, the Stargate, Time Turner from Harry Potter, Terminator Time Sphere
It could've been Stargate but Stargate has 9 glowing chevrons surrounding it. That one only has 8. And it had a solid, shimmering light in the middle not the swirl. Austin Powers did spoof the Time Tunnel but not enough people know of the Time Tunnel to put it on a shirt and that is clearly Dr. Evil and Mini-Me jumping into it exactly as they did in the second Austin Powers movie. Unfortunately probably no one will read far enough down on these comments and they will still argue which of the 3 references it is.
Today's design is very clever, but I didn't get all the references, most, but not all. Which makes it a pass.
I love the "Tardis of Doctors" and "Mag-Neato" on the side but what I really must have is the Ballad of Rory Pond. If not here then somewhere... PLEASE!
The tunnel/portal is a recurring time-travel trope. Time Tunnel, Stargate, even the effect when Sam Beckett started his Quantum Leap, all fit, but two figures in freefall say Time Tunnel. The item at 10 o'clock reminded me of The Girl, The Gold Watch and Everything.
p0babylon said: is that the dagger of time and a stargate? that makes this pretty much an insta-buy
Unfortunately it's more of a morph between austin powers and stargate rather than just the stargate. Still cool and a mustbuy. My first teefury shirt purchase arrives.
fuwalda said: Pretty sure that's NOT a Stargate. That's the Time Tunnel.
Exactly. The Stargate would be all sparkly or something to that effect. This has a vortex with people jumping into it. PLUS the Stargate is not a time travel device.
Of course I was thinking Voyagers but that was a pocket watch if I remember the show's name correctly.
spanishboyal said: Guys.....Stargate isn't a time machine type device......what you're referring to as a Stargate is actually the time machine Dr. Evil built in the Austin Powers movies.....
they did use it ocassionally to travel through time though.
Crazy!!! Just seeing the picture, without reading it, I started to sing "Let's do the time warp again" in my head. Then I clicked on the picture and saw the words.
Thank you! I can't believe it is still being discussed, it's baffling.
I guess everyone here just posts a comment and leaves without reading any other posts.
I watched the 1960s series "The Time Tunnel" as a kid. THIS DESIGN IS NOT the TIME TUNNEL! "Time Tunnel" has no swirl, no chevrons, and is oval in shape (not round). Neither of the main characters in that show was a "Little Person", either. Thanks for posting the Dr. Evil Photo. If this doesn't convince you, Google Image "Time Tunnel" and you'll see the light!
Got all bar the map...still don't know who/what the time bandits are.
Also "are you my daddy?" and "that's mag-neto"....pure genius. Round of applause for you good sir. I really want both of them.
Love this shirt, but it's missing three essential time machines to make it truly epic: 1) The Time Tunnel, 2) Sam Beckett's platform from Quantum Leap, and 3) the compass from Voyagers!

The 'Stargate' actually looks more like an Austin Powers reference with Dr. Evil and Minime. The Stargate isn't really Timetravel in all the iconic sense.

Clockwise from the 9 O' clock position.
The Time Tunnel,
pass,
The Terminator movies,
The Tardis from Dr.Who,
Delorean car from the Back to the Future movies,
pass,
The Time Machine ( 2002 remake with Guy Pearce, not the 1960 version ),
pass,
Map from the film TIME BANDITS,
Telephone kiosk from BILL & TEDS' EXCELLENT ADVENTURE,
from an episode of Start Trek ?,
pass
Guys, that's not a stargate, that's the thing from Austin Powers. Notice the swirls and the fact that they're jumping in just like the movie? Plus the stargate wasn't so much a time machine as it was a portal.
That's Not Stargate at 9:00 it's the time machine from Austin Powers. You'll notice Dr. Evil and Mini-me jumping through. Awesome Awesome shirt. Totally buying.
spanishboyal said: Guys.....Stargate isn't a time machine type device......what you're referring to as a Stargate is actually the time machine Dr. Evil built in the Austin Powers movies.....
Which is actually from the old TV series, The Time Tunnel.

Oooohhh, you were soo close. But it's not the Stargate. It's the portal from Austin Powers that Dr. Evil and Mini Me use.
FTW! The Tardis, The Delorean, Sands of Time Dagger, HG Wells Time Machine?, Time Travel Toaster from Simpsons Treehouse of Horror 5, Time Bandits Map, The phone booth from Bill and Ted, The time portal from City on the Edge of Forever in the otiginal Star Trek, Hot tub time machine, the time machine in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Time Turner from Harry Potter, Terminator Time Sphere.
Ahh. That is not the Stargate, but the time machine from Austin Power's - The Spy Who Shagged Me. You can see a good picture of it in one of the posters.
However... in one episode of Stargate SG1, a solar flare made the stargate fling the SG1 team back in time to the 60's to meet a younger Gen. Hammond, then a hippie who had just been drafted to serve in Vietnam. So, yes, the Stargate was also a time machine of a sorts.
fuwalda said: Pretty sure that's NOT a Stargate. That's the Time Tunnel.
Yes, I agree. That's the Time Tunnel. The Omni from the Voyagers would also have been a good addition.
No... Sorry... No Soup for You!
Look up-thread where someone included a photo of Dr. Evil's time machine with him and Mini Me jumping into it. This is the Austin Powers time machine.
Also, Irwin Allen's "Time Tunnel" from the 1960s series:
1) Is a series of concentric OVAL rings;
2) The central effect was not a spiral, but colorful, shimmering & shifting shapes;
3) No chevron-like shapes around the outer edge (which is leading some to confuse this incorrectly with a StarGate);
4) Main characters were two normal sized men-- no "Little People".
spanishboyal said: Guys.....Stargate isn't a time machine type device......what you're referring to as a Stargate is actually the time machine Dr. Evil built in the Austin Powers movies.....

Nope it's The Time Tunnel (from the 60's TV show of the same name) Made by Irwin Allen, the man who brought you Lost in Space
The Time machine in the Austin Powers movie is an intentional homage to the Time Tunnel

Everyone thinks that's a STARGATE at 9-o'clock. In fact, it looks like the 60's "The Time Tunnel" American tv series, which I believe Austin Powers' Dr. Evil parodied. Brilliant shirt, btw. I bought one for myself and the wife. ALL of the side-art needs to be shirts. Especially the Police Box Wash. Awesome.
steampunk13 said: i figured them all out except for 3, the toaster the cave with the blue center and the map......explain???
I don't understand the toaster myself but I theink the cave with the blue center is from an episode of Star Trek the Original Series, and the map I believe is from a terry Gilliam film called 'Time Bandits' which is trippy as hell and hella good fun. Hope that helps.
Ah, the comments section just expanded. I see that I was mistaken on The Time Tunnel reference, and it's literally the Austin Powers thing. Hmm. Shame. I would have had The Time Tunnel and Quantum Leap in there before I would Austin Powers and The Prince of Persia video game. But, the shirt is still utterly brilliant.

I believe I have read every post on here regarding whether or not it was the "Time Tunnel " or any number of other things) from Austin Powers. Just to be clear, for future list-making, the machine is referred to as being the "Time Portal." This is verifiable by a simple imdb check.

I haven't seen Harry Potter's Time Turner, but thought that teh 10 o'clock could be a pocketwatch from any of a number of time-travel sources (sometimes a compass, sometimes a stopwatch).
And they aren't all serial references, either: Hot Tub Time Machine is a one-shot.
How would one choose to depict the Quantum Leap Accelerator Chamber? Blue Universal Man pose with radial blue lines coming out of it? Well, it is very blue.
fuwalda is right. It's definitely The Time Tunnel from the 1966 TV series of the same name, not a stargate. The Austin Powers references were close, because the Austin Powers time machine was a deliberate humorous takeoff on The Time Tunnel, which was set in the same time period, but this drawing looks much more like the original.

That's the Time Tunnel. Yes! Glad to see another fossil commenting.I had to spend some quality time explaining the premise of the Time Tunnel to my 10 year old. Seemed like a great show when I was 7 by the way. Great shirt as well. Nice to keep some of the references a little more esoteric. Keep up the good work.

I've really overdone my t-shirt budget these past two weeks. But this is very close to an idea I had (involving a tardis, a delorean, star trek ships, and anything seen flying through the space/time vortex) only this is better realized! Now I don't have to worry about it - especially since I'm not an artist of any sort. Nicely done. Thanks!
I am pretty sure it is the Doctor Evil Time Machine! You can see the shadow of Doctor Evil and Mini-Me. But it was pretty obvious that the idea was a spoof of the "Time Tunnel" TV show from the 1960's.

I agree on everything nut the stargate- as it traveled across space and not really time it dies not apply here. However if you look closely the thing identified as a stargate is actually Dr. Evil's time machine from Austin Powers and that is him and mini-me going through it in the picture.

By this logic, Kirk's original Enterprise, the Enterprise E, Enterprise C, Defiant, Jupiter II, U.S.S. Nimitz (from the "Final Countdown"), along with any other ship that went back in time at least once would count as a time machine.
I just find it incredibly odd that so many people claiming that the object at 9:00 is "The Time Tunnel" (from Irwin Allen's 1960s TV show) go on with such conviction as if they actually know what they are talking about. But they don't!
Just do a quick Image Search on Google for "Time Tunnel" and compare that to the image in earlier posts (or do your own search for "Austin Powers Time Portal"). You would see that 9:00 is obviously Dr. Evil's device.
As someone who watched "The Time Tunnel" faithfully as a kid, this is kind of a pet peeve for me. I am actually surprised that is is such a pet peeve. BUT... then again-
Give it about 40 years and see if you don't find it annoying when a bunch of people look at a Colonial Viper from BSG and say "YEP! that is CLEARLY Luke Skywalker's X-Wing from Star Wars!"
Ok, from the top clockwise: TARDIS (Doctor Who), DeLorean (Back to the Future), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Dagger, H.G. Wells Time Machine, Simpsons' Time Travel Toaster, Time Bandits Map, Bill & Ted's Phone Booth, Star Trek Time Portal, Hot Tube Time Machine, Time Machine from the Austin Powers movies, Time Turner (Harry Potter), and last but not least Terminator Time Sphere.

LucasM said: Nice design!
Pretty sure that Time Tunnel didn't have a little person (aka MiniMe), nor did they strike poses like that when they jumped in. Doesn't matter which came first, sure The Austin Powers movie spoofed the Time Tunnel with their design, but this particular design is obviously referencing Austin Powers (but because it itself is a parody, gives a nod to the Time Tunnel, even though it is not directly it), as shown by the aforementioned.
I saw my friend wearing this shirt and found out about this site. . . Is there ever a time when you will reprint a shirt????? I would but one for every member of my family!!! IT IS SO AWESOME!!!!
I got mine the other day and I wasn't very impressed by the quality. It is hard to make out the "E" on "Time". This isn't my first or last purchase, so hopefully it was just a fluke.
Who doesn’t like time travel in all its complexity. I’ve seen so much material devoted to characters, ships, and weapons that I thought I’d give some love to those miraculous marvels that twist the hands of the clock.
Where are you from?
England originally but I now reside on Vancouver Island in Canada. I just traded one island for another.
What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?
Lets see... I’m a martial artist, artist, filmmaker, and have more Nerf guns that a grown man should have. I have a beautiful geeky fiancée (neener neener). Oh and that I’m super happy to have my work and fandom enjoyed by people around the globe.
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
My arch enemy is a fat FAT cat and I’m addicted to Dr. Pepper... there’s no AA meeting for that.
Name a few of your favorite things.
Jess, Kuk Sool, PS3, Dr. Who, and my Riddler Converse.
What kind of art did you make as a kid?
I had a hand in the Sistine chapel, no biggy.
What is your favorite thing about time travel?
The colour.
Karate vs. Tae Kwon Do: which would win the battle?
Being a 2nd degree black belt in Kuk Sool Won I’d have to assume they’d both lose.
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
Probably my westernish brown denim shirt I got from a movie I worked on. That or my bright green hoodie because they’re just so me!
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
Tough call, have to go with movies because with it you get popcorn. It’s so hard to pick favourites because I’m a movie buff but I’ll sell out and say Sherlock Holmes with RD Jr.
What inspires your work?
My endless daydreaming and sassy/creative wife to be. Only a fraction of our ideas make it to paper but now and again lightning strikes at the right time.
Any shout outs?
Jess sharing in my creative lifestyle.

Look up-thread where someone included a photo of Dr. Evil's time machine with him and Mini Me jumping into it. This is the Austin Powers time machine.
Also, Irwin Allen's "Time Tunnel" from the 1960s series:
1) Is a series of concentric OVAL rings;
2) The central effect was not a spiral, but colorful, shimmering & shifting shapes;
3) No chevron-like shapes around the outer edge (which is leading some to confuse this incorrectly with a StarGate);
4) Main characters were two normal sized men-- no "Little People".

Ok I had them all but the the hot tub, thanks. Now is the swirl in the "stargate" actualy the Time Tunel from the 1960's sci-fi TV series? (The stargate isn't a time macine.)
Gevaudansaid 16 weeks ago
He is right though it is the Austin Powers Time Machine. Look at the shadowy figures they are clearly Dr. Evil and Mini-Me.

I think it's actually Rose, Martha, Amy, and River- Donna would burn if she saw the TARDIS, no matter how scantily clad...

That's what I thought as well, until I realised it's Dr.Evil and Mini-Me passing through the thing :(
A Time Tunnel tee would be all kinds of awesome, only a certain class of geek would hope to get that reference!

That's not the Stargate!!! That's the Austin Powers time machine - it's even got Mini-Me and everything also I swear the time turner looks a little different to that?

I think it's Martha on top, Amy centre, Rose on the right and River Song on the left... the hair styles and colours all match up then...
In any case i'd but that one!

just like to tell you, it isnt the stargate ( cant travel back in time, only distances) it is infact the time machine used by doctor evil in the austin powers movie.

And they aren't all serial references, either: Hot Tub Time Machine is a one-shot.
How would one choose to depict the Quantum Leap Accelerator Chamber? Blue Universal Man pose with radial blue lines coming out of it? Well, it is very blue.

Just so you know, that is definitely Dr. Evil and Mini Me jumping through the time portal from Austin Powers to steal his 'Mojo'

I agree on everything nut the stargate- as it traveled across space and not really time it dies not apply here. However if you look closely the thing identified as a stargate is actually Dr. Evil's time machine from Austin Powers and that is him and mini-me going through it in the picture.

The Stargate was used more than once for time travel purposes, but that wasn't it's primary function. Besides, that one on the shirt only has eight chevrons.

By this logic, Kirk's original Enterprise, the Enterprise E, Enterprise C, Defiant, Jupiter II, U.S.S. Nimitz (from the "Final Countdown"), along with any other ship that went back in time at least once would count as a time machine.
BlueWhoBoxsaid 16 weeks ago
However, as the deal ends on this shirt-
I just find it incredibly odd that so many people claiming that the object at 9:00 is "The Time Tunnel" (from Irwin Allen's 1960s TV show) go on with such conviction as if they actually know what they are talking about.
See what I mean?
Have a swell day!
