For those interested: 世界居留地で (sekai kyoryuuchi de) means "at the planet(ary) colony/ies" and is totes a Blade Runner reference. I'm not terribly sold, though :/

I don't often say this, but this is too subtle, when people have to ask what a T is about, it loses a lot of that "ahhhh" recognition you only get from fellow geeks. You pretty much need to have recently watched Blade Runner to get this, it is my favourite film of all time and I only just got it. Like the style though.

I'm a huge fan and got it immediately but I understand that everyone is different. I like the subtle nature of it.

hey, at least its not on black or navy blue, at least he tried to do some actual art. anything matches black, its harder to match color to real colors! and red goes with jeans just fine. just make sure if its a dark red, dark jeans. light red, light jeans.

Red? Such a shame. Nice design too. Seriously, Last red shirt that worked was October 6th. Red should be used like maybe, 4 times in a YEAR. People say, "I don't want 20 black t-shirts." Who wants 10 red ones?
You guys make some great shirts but how about throwing some new colors in the mix. Like Royal Blue or some nice greens. Hell I'll take orange even.

Mando pin yin: shì bì jūliúdì, meaning almost the same thing in Japanese~

Sometimes clothing is useful in finding kindred spirits... I love when there's an 'a-ha, I know what that's from - cool!' look of recognition from one person out of fifty. And this particular design - even if it wasn't referencing anything it would still look cool.
Now that I think about it I might just order one, even if it is red... hmmm. [debating]

I submit I wrongfully assumed it. However, Japanese and Chinese kanji are more than just similar. Unless you were fluent in either, or a student of the languages.. which I am neither.. you would have a smuuuuuurf hard time telling these written languages apart when these characters are used. Also, there were absolutely off-world colonies and Asiatic influence in Firefly.. so I'm not about to be recalcitrant about my initial guess. I was wrong, but I believe my guess to still be reasonable.

I love both fictions, but I've seen a great deal more of the Firefly universe.. because there IS more of it.

Where are you from?

I'm right here answering these questions. And my name isn't From. I have no idea who From is.

What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?

I grew up on my Uncle's farm in the middle of nowhere. After he and my Aunty tragically passed away I went traveling. I made loads of new friends and saw some crazy things. I met a sister I never knew I had and even met my real father. Crazy times. I tried to reconcile things between me and my Dad but it didn't go well.

What do you absolutely not want them to find out?

My address, the times and dates that I will be out and my alarm code.

Name a few of your favorite things.

Dough. Tomato. Cheese. Spicy sausage. Bacon. Onion. Garlic. Bread. More Cheese. Potato. Wedges. Beer.

What kind of art did you make as a kid?

Semi abstract, monumental bronze sculptures of the human figure. Mainly concentrating on reclining figures or mother and child tableaux.

What is your favorite thing about Blade Runner?

The bit where the man with the white hair, I think he's a soldier or a cyclist of some kind, is holding a bird, I think it's a small chicken or a rabbit and he talks to the other man, who I think is a teacher. I like that bit.

Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.

I have a shirt that makes me look taller, slimmer and has a pocket containing a never ending supply of money, bacon and beer. It is also bulletproof, fireproof, creaseproof and it's anti-gravity properties enable me to fly. I like it because it's blue.

Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.

Gaming in private means I can wear my full tactical black ops gear. Reading in public means I don't have to talk to strangers. Watching films with friends enables me to bore people with movie trivia. Tough decision. My favourite title is Lord and my chosen medium is interpretative dance.

What inspires your work?

Desperation and fear.

Ooh, so many! All the fantastic people/artists (peoptists if you will) from the RBA/RBC and any and all derivatives there of. But I really want to mention my wonderful wife. You would not believe the shit she has to put up with :D
