A bunch of us were coming up with several ideas that fit what we called the Droidarmy, based on known characters and the Android ... I felt it natural to come up with one based on Maximillian from the film 'The Black Hole' and here he is, he's not a bad droid really ... okay maybe he is a little
Where are you from?
Originally from Bradford in Yorkshire, UK. I moved around the country a lot over the last 27 years or so with work etc. and have settled back in Yorkshire not far from Bradford in a place called Wakefield.
What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?
I'm an old animator that started in animation before most people even had a VHS recorder, nevermind a computer, and red LED digital watches were still cool ...
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
Is this a trick question? no? okay then, you won't print this right? I think red LED digital watches are still cool
Name a few of your favorite things.
Cartoons in general, Star Wars, Animating and Drawing, my Family, when I have the time I love helping people that are starting out in art and animation with tips etc, NOT being told I'm not gonna get paid for the big job I've just done because the company has folded ... again and again and ...
What kind of art did you make as a kid?
As kid I used to draw and paint all the time, usually Star Wars or general Scifi related images, quite often it was original monsters/aliens from inside my head. Then later in school, life drawing was a thing i enjoyed doing.
What is your favorite thing about robots?
Without feeling bad about it, you can tell them what to do and they do it, well sometimes they do ... usually if they're not evil and want to take over the world or something ...
Mac vs. PC: which would win the battle?
Mac wouldn't stand a chance in my house, the 5 PCs would out number it ... but then maybe they'd feel sorry for it and befriend it and take it under their wing, then plot to take over the World together as equals! ...
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
Hmmm, I honestly don't know, I still have one that a 3d animation software company gave me back in 1999 while at siggraph, it still fits, still in great condition and is very comfortable - just text in the style of M*A*S*H TV series ...
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
Watching Movies, hmm . .so many favourites ... probably the original Star Wars, closely followed by Alien, Darkstar and PIXAR's 'Up!' ... in fact pretty much all Pixar's films ... and Pinocchio ... erm ... i'll stop now
What inspires your work?
These days ... Money! ... no not really ... money is nice, I vaguely remember having some once, but it's never driven me, I like to simply draw things that I like and hopefully others do too

This is a tough one, there are so many, i'm scared I might offend those I leave out, firstly, thanks to all the artists the RBC and RBA groups for their support ... especially Rob @cu3ik , Fiona @fionahreeves and Elias @EliasElDaoud and Shirtoid.com too ... but there's so many more ace supportive people out there! - and Thanks to Teefury too for giving me this opportunity!
