Well the caption reads 1978-1979 , the sequel series Galactica 1980 with the infamous time traveling and flying Viper cycles , does not have to be counted , I'd sworn it lasted longer than that, but wikipedia check says nope. great sideart please print his Galactica Cylon tribute shirt. (I finally watched the 2003 remake mini series) good stuff!

Oh man, oh man.. When I got the email showing the preview for this, I turned into a total 11 year old girl squealing in glee. XD I've been waiting for an awesome Arrested Development tee for ages now, and the fact that it's Tobias and he's smurfing blue just makes it all more kinds of awesomeness. Now all we need is a Buster tee saying "Ahh! I'm a monster!". Love the Firefly side art too btw.. AD marathon time!

Not digging the brown shirt... it looks kind of bizarre, and since BMG always dress in all black, a black (or gray would do) shirt makes the most sense. Great design though! I LOVE the simple ones — when done well (like this one), they are extremely effective. Good job!

Being as they are men painted blue, yes they do have ears. They're still visible, even if they try to hide them. So, good try, but comment fail.

Tell us about this design.

I've always been a huge Arrested Development fan, and Tobias Funke is probably one of my favorite characters. The whole Blue Man Group fiasco was such a great moment in the show, I had to create something from it. I wanted to do something simple and iconic.

Where are you from?

I am from Waterloo, IA.

Which art style would you most like to learn?

Anything and everything! Although maybe not a style, I would like to learn to have a bit more patience in my designs, I tend to rush and can sometimes leave behind some sloppy results.

If you had a time machine, which era would you visit first?

Feudal Japan. No good reason behind that answer.

What goal do you most aspire towards?

To be at least 50% happy with my artwork. I'm my worst critic, and can sometimes question myself perhaps too much on a design decision.

If you could stop any t-shirt trend in its tracks, which would you end? What trend would you like to see started?

I dunno, I think everything has its time and place. I'd hate to say any trend should be stopped, as long as people are happy and buying it and making the artwork, it's all good.

Would you rather work at the banana stand or as a member of Blue Man Group?

Banana stand for sure. That costume is the best!

Atlantis vs. Lost: which would win the battle?

Lost hands down.

Describe the first shirt you ever designed.

I'd really rather not.

What has been your most inspiring art experience?

I don't think there has been any one experience, but over the past couple years, I feel like I've been accepted into a circle of artists that I had always admired. It feels good to be loved.

Where do I start? The RBC, the BRC, Ian Leino, Mike Mitchell, Jimiyo, Olly Moss, Sean Husbands, etc. etc. the list goes on and on...
