I like the idea but the execution is a little lacking. First, just "The Twins"? They aren't just any old random twins. I would have liked to see their surname (Katayanagi) included. Second, the cartoon representation of Sex Bob-omb adds nothing to an already busy design. I can't even tell the characters apart other than from their instruments. Third, the dragons look too solid and don't quite capture the made of energy/sound feel that the yeti displays.

Bam, don't listen to the haters on here. This takes a great added scene from the film and perfectly blends the style of the books into that of the film. It's a combination that celebrates the differences from the books to the movie, and remains unique in it's own right. This is, literally, my favorite design TeeFury has ever sold. I'm contemplating buying another one just for the hell of it.

Don't get me wrong inlove the design and I'll be buying one. BUT this does not resemble Bryan's style at all, it's far too precisely stroked to resemble the thick brushed lined of the books

I loved the movie.. but man, I was kinda hoping for a giant robot fight. The twins weren't even characters in it, they were kinda there for the fight.. pressing several keys, but they weren't even believable as a band. They weren't even like.. DJ's. It was a badass scene, I'll give you that. But the twins, and the events of the book, are much cooler.

Actually it's pretty smuuuuuurf far from the epitome of good. It's an incredibly niche work, making many references to late 20th century pop culture, a lot of them being totally oddball that very nearly no one would immediately get. It's the story of young love, and fighting for it, and dealing with issues. Those things are all fine, but it's not even really the best work of any of those topics. It's badass and cool, but also incredibly hipster and lame at the same time. Most of the characters are barely likable, even. It's hardly flawless, though that's pretty subjective. I love it, but I don't expect most people to, and that's in part why it bombed at the box office. It's a niche story, for niche hipster douchebags.

This design is based on the Battle of the Bands scene in "Scott Pilgrim vs The World"! I just thought that part of the movie was so badass in so many ways! Especially when the Dragons come out of the speakers and the Yeti comes bursting out of Scott's bass just PWNing everything! OMG and the music....gah!! ...THE MUSIC...so good! I love that movie!!!

I just really hope this shirt makes you all think about death and get sad and stuff! ;)

Where are you from?

I'm pretty sure I'm from another planet....but my human parents raised me in NYC.

How would you describe your style?

Colorful, fun, detailed and cartoony. The cartoony part can be kinda annoying when I really try not to make something non-cartoony but it comes out like that anyways! lol

If you could collaborate with anyone else, who would you pick?

This is a tough question! I would love to collaborate with any of my favorite artists! But if I had to choose, I would choose Winter Artwork, Nik Holmes or Pigboy Tees. They're all amazing and I think my style can flow well with theirs. :)

What historical figure do you most admire?

I'm not much of a historian and I'm pretty sure I should be picking some one from way back in the days that helped out society grow and stuff. But meh...most of the people that I admire are still alive; i.e. Steven Speilberg! lol

But in this case I'm going to say Jim Henson, even though I don't know if he counts as a historical figure..but yeah...he's awesome! lol I really believe that his creations, shows, movies etc really played a big part in helping me develop this crazy imagination of mine! :D

So yeah...Jim Henson FTW!

If you weren't designing shirts, what would you be doing?

Traveling the World!

Would you rather vacation in Jurrasic Park or take a cruise in the Bermuda Triangle?

Jurrasic Park all the way! I would rather be eaten by a bad ass T-Rex, than to be sucked into some weird portal in the middle of the sea. BORING! :P

Donatello vs. Michelangelo: which would win the battle?

Assuming that we're talking about the TMNT and not the renaissance painters....I would say that this is the most difficult question I have ever had to answer! O_O

I mean...it's like a parent picking their favorite child! lol

Oh man...I really loved Mikey when I was a kid...but as I grew older, I became more fond of Donny! Ugh decisions....I'm gonna say Donny, cuz purple is my favorite color! lol

What has been your favorite vacation or travel experience?

Oh man! This years SDCC 2011!!! It was EPIC!!! I had so much fun! Met so many famous people and I love Cali weather!
