If this had Jareth with his ballroom-scene mask on it, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I've always found Sarah a bit...meow. I may change my mind before the 24 hours is out (since I'm one of the peeps continually requesting more Labyrinth), but it's not an instabuy, sorry. :/

I love the movie, and I like the idea, I just don't think the design is for me. I think I would've liked it better if it was either just the theater logo with silhouettes of a few Labyrinth characters or maybe a different theme.

I really like your design and the art nouveau. But there is a little detail that bothers me. You should have write théâtre du Labyrinthe not theatre de la labyrinthe. It's the little details but I think we should pay attention when writing in another language... and I understand that it is not easy because that's what I'm trying to do. (I speak french :P)

wow Labyrinth here and Jessica Rabbit on overthere. Both by you, both are my two favorite things (after Tron of course). Might have to pick these both up.

OK, time to 'fess up. I loved, loved, loved this movie, but every movie has a part of it that you kind of wait out while you're waiting for the good stuff to come back, and for me, this was it. I just never really cared for the scene at the ball where Sarah's all dressed up AT ALL. It's kind of slow and drags down the whole movie, in my estimation. Bring back the funny puppets! Quit the slow dancing! And that's what this shirt is all about. So...not a buy for me. Sorry.

I see it as she is acting in a play called "The Goblin King" just as Mucha drew the original as Sarah Bernhardt acting in Gismonda, in fact the original was a theatre poster. Plus, Sarah in Labyrinth seemed like she wanted to be an actress when she grew up, as her mom was. :)

Lol...nope, the Gentleman one has never been printed. This is my second Tee Fury print, the first was "Theatre de la Rebellion", the Princess Leia Nouveau.

I know you aren't Mucha and you are a good artist in your own rite. And everything about this tshirt is gorgeous, except the eyes and lips. They look too affected, too pouty for a Mucha-esque homage, if this was what you were going for. The youth and innocent lust of a 16 year old Jennifer Connelly is lost in this image. What remains looks like a Bratz doll.

I know what you're going for, but Gismonda is the name of the title character (and a female character, as opposed to a male appellation -- if the title you picked for your play was gender neutral, like "The Labyrinth", it wouldn't be an issue). Also, in Mucha's print, the arch around the woman labels her directly as Sarah Berndhart, the woman playing the title role, so even by Mucha's visual design language, Sarah is the Goblin King.

Don't get me wrong, the art is so very beautiful, and I want to buy it, but I think if I did, I'd get "Why does it say that she's the Goblin King?" as often as "cool shirt!"

The zombie and gentlemen designs are pretty smuuuuuurf cool, btw.
