I still don't get the Lost-hate. When it was soooooo good T-T I miss getting mindf**ked everyweek... There's nothing on US TV now that makes me wish 7 days away anymore...

I know plenty of people that were fans of Lost right up till the very end. There's a reason that shirts with a reference to that show do well on TeeFury. Average viewership held steady around 14-16 million viewers for the first 3 seasons, and it still finished with an admiral 11 million average in the 6th and final season. The show wasn't a waste of time in the slightest.

When the Island found itself in desperate need for help … and no one else would take the job, the LOSTeam joined the game. Meet John 'Hannibal' Locke, Hurl A., JackFace & Howlin' Mad Faraday. They protect the Island now.

Damon Lindelof (co-creator of LOST) tweeted about this shirt: „I finally understand why B.A. refused to fly.“ Needless to say, I felt quite honoured

Where are you from?

Leipzig, Germany … where history is made. Also, for some reason, Goths, too.

How would you describe your style?

I clearly come from comics & graphic novels. My style is ink & brush on card board. Linework instead of effects, and little, geeky details all over the place. Have a closer look at this design: Hurl A. wears an Ankh necklace, there's NAMASTE tyres, a DI/A-Team logo mashup etc pp. I love hiding little tidbits in my designs …

If you could collaborate with anyone else, who would you pick?

Craig Thompson (author of 'Blankets'), if it's graphic arts.

Zach Hill (drummer for Hella & pretty much every cool band in the Sacramento area) if it's music.

David Lynch (you know David Lynch, don't you?) if it's film.

What historical figure do you most admire?

Does Edmund Blackadder count as a historical figure?

If you weren't designing shirts, what would you be doing?

I would be frustrated because I would be forced to earn all my money with a dull office job. And then I wouldn't have time to work on my graphic novel. Which would be even more frustrating.

Would you rather work for the Bluth Company or the DHARMA Initiative?

I guess having your boss steal your pension money still beats getting mauled by an angry column of black smoke, being shot by hostiles or dying of time-travel related nosebleeds. Then again, the Island is a beautiful place where miracles happens and what-not. So I'd say DI (only to join the Others later).

Natural vs. supernatural: which would win the battle?

Supernatural in fiction, natural in the real world.

What is your favorite t-shirt color?

I love silver / grey tones. Always brings out a design without looking dull.

What has been your favorite vacation or travel experience?

London is always worth a visit. And seeing a Mark Lanegan show back in '04 there was pretty epic.

Any shout outs?

All glory to the Dinasaur Hed Cult [sic]. LOST may be over … the DHC is not.
