    Reminds me of the old Saturday Night Live routine...Land Shark. Love the side images...Retro Sci Fi book art-like. Some of those old book cover art pieces are going for HUGE bucks now at auction. Even the EC comic art is making a great come back. You said in the interview you like comics. Wally Wood, Frazetta, Bernie Wrightson come to mind when I look at these side pieces. Keep it up!

    I used a variation of the design a few years ago for a band called The Decay. Now I can't say anything about any band called The Departed because I have no idea who they are!

    I think it is a great old one from Lovecraft (probably Chtulhu) and not a Ood from Doctor Who ...

    Interesting to see folks tired of shirts referencing popular culture -- that's what TeeFury does, and does spectacularly well! If one wants short-print tees without culture references, there are plenty of those sites on the 'net. I'm here for what TeeFury does that no one else does anywhere near as well: fannish, you-gotta-watch/read/know-the-TV show/movie/book/comic-to-get-it shirts. Rock on, TeeFury, and keep doing that awesome thing you do!

    Regarding this design: love it muchly and came super close to buying it (still am, really), but I do wish the shark's tail was off to the right. I think it would have made a nicer, more distinct profile.

    I love this shark; your art is so well executed and detailed and imaginative; I don't recall having seen any of your shirts before - let's hope this will be the first of many prints for you. I am a bit skint at the moment so I'll have to think on this for a bit but please believe me when I say that if I wasn't strapped for cash, I'd buy it NOW! (And then I'd buy another one, just in case!!)

    Really like it - once again I wish Tee fury did kid sizes. Ladies small is still a dress on my kids and while my daughter can pull it off, my son less so.

    Would love to see the dog/cat in the airplane on a shirt...somewhere where kids sizes can be bought (sorry teefury -I buy many shirts but it would be more if I could get kids sizes)

    I absolutely love the concept and the subtlety of the colors used... but I can't get past the seemingly bewildered look on the shark's face. Not sure if that's the emotion he's supposed to be conveying, if any, but nonetheless that's the only part throwing me off and I just can't get over it. Unfortunately, this is a miss for me. Would love all the sideart though.
