I really like Archer, and it's a neat idea, but the super thin line weight makes this illustration look incredibly cheap. It's especially bad for the stroke on the text. Also, I hate that the bottom of the fuse has no stroke at all. Drives me nuts.

They are so unbelievably creepy. I know they have to be, because in Spy vs. Spy they had those frightening eyes, but I just can't wear a shirt with them on it. Cool concept, none-the-less.

I think because its so small it looks a little strange but it was made at 300 dpt in illustrator I swear!

I love Archer to death but damnit, I really don't want this shirt. I'm sorry, but the faces look so weird. I know you were going for the Spy vs. Spy thing, but it came out freakish and unappealing. Plus the bomb's shape looks kinda half-assed. Really, the whole thing is much too simple and doesn't seem like it took much effort. So I have to pass. And it smurfs because I know this will probably be the only Archer shirt for forever. ):

I have to agree with this completely. The idea is fantastic, but the simplistic execution and style choices make this a no-buy for me. :(

I like Spy vs Spy and I LOVE Archer but I have to say no to this shirt. Great concept but the eyes just didn't work out.

I think your artwork is very creative and original. I love spy vs spy but their eyes on other characters looks a little freaky to me. Pacific Playland is great though (not a huge fan of the green/brown colour) and just a super nit picky thing: but I would maybe extend the silouhette at the bottom, It looks very offbalance (top to bottom) and I think it might be because the large words at the top and then the angle of the artwork in the middle so that might help balance it out. as I said very nit picky. Hobbes/Falcor is perfect in every way. Congratulations on the print! I will look forward to more of your artwork.

When I first saw the archer/spy reference, I was going to buy, but I let it sit for a few hours and now I'm going to pass. I wish you had stuck with their original faces and played with accessories (sunglasses, hats, colors) to tie the two shows together. As it stands, this design doesn't look like Archer or Spy vs Spy to me. I wish it did, cause that's a rad idea, and it probably won't ever happen again. Boo. :(

Tell us a bit about this design.

Well this design came about because of the rivalry between Archer and Barry. Their rivalry reminded me of another famous spy rivalry; white spy vs. black spy from MAD magazine. As a kid I used to go into the grocery stores and look for the magazine and skip straight to the Joke & Dagger Dept. to see what kind of crazy inventions they would come up with so I guess it was kind of an ode to spy vs spy using one of my favorite shows.

Where are you from?

I hail from a place where the beer flows like wine and the women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I'm talking about a sunny little place called Costa Mesa, CA.

What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?

In addition to making art I'm also a writer. I'm currently rewriting the bajillionth incarnation of a Novel about growing up in Orange County, CA. I'm also super sarcastic so I think of the book as Hunter S. Thompson meets Portrait of the Artist as a Young man. Humbly of course. At least that's how I hope it reads, but I haven't let anyone read it yet because I'm pretty scurred.

Oh also I love hats.

What do you absolutely not want them to find out?

While I love making graphic tees, the majority of my wardrobe consists of button ups and striped v necks.

Name a few of your favorite things.

I like food. A lot. Finding little hole in the wall places that are secret treasures is my idea of nirvana. I'm also pretty obsessed with Pop Culture especially film. Most of the art I make has to do with pop culture in some form.

Oh and Anthony Bourdain that guy is just 100% pure awesome.

What kind of art did you make as a kid?

Pop culture stuff. I remember drawing different ACME traps for Wile E. Coyote involving some form of rocket skates or exploding headgear. I also remember drawing a lot of Thai fighter dog fight battles. I would draw them super tiny so they didn't have to be too detailed. I would literally put like 200 on an 8.5x11 piece of paper. I also drew a lot of flip books in my Literature books which got me in trouble a lot. Especially the flip book I drew in Erik Christian Haugaard's "The Samurai's Tale", which depicted a stick figure ninja flying through the air and kicking off his enemies head. There was blood spurting out and everything. One of my best works actually wish I still had it, but alas the book actually belonged to the school. Probably why I almost got suspended.

What is your favorite thing about Archer?

Jon Benjamin's voice probably. It's so awesome that even if a joke isn't funny his voice makes it funny. That and the characters are so great. I think Pam is my favorite because she's like the anti fat girl, fat girl.

Apples vs. oranges: which would win the battle?

Hmm that's tough. Apples can be rotten to the core but there's something a-peeling about an Orange.

Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.

I've got one by a company called Division E that I really like. It's got all sorts of nonsensical text and a couple of ladies kind of faded out you know really hipsteresque, but the reason I like it is because it's so soft. I think it's actually made of clouds and ringspun angel wings.

Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.

I have a Wii but games aren't really my thing. I really love both reading and film so it's definitely a tie. I'm a big fan of sci fi and dystopian novels (which often coincide). If I was forced to pick a favorite author it would be Philip K. Dick. That guy was so far ahead of his time it's sad to think that he was poor pretty much all of his life. As for film I think Kubrick is pretty much the master, that guy doesn't have a poor film in his repertoire. Other than his stuff I like Blade Runner, The Salton Sea, and a bunch of stupid comedies where you feel guilty for laughing because it's so dumb. I speak movie quote pretty fluently.

What inspires your work?

Pop culture massively influences me I think any artist that says otherwise is lying. I also really like screenprint art. Not like Andy Warhol's stuff, although his stuff is pretty cool, but all the cool Band posters from people like Marq Spusta. Seriously google his art you'll be amazed. Also pretty much everything that comes out of Mondo they do amazing work. I have a whole bunch of movie posters on my website that were inspired by that kind of thing. Maybe one day they'll let me do a poster (Mondo if you're reading this, get at me!)
