Sweet! Especially after attending the "Once More With Feeling" screening at Comic Con. I am just a wee bit surprised that it wasn't based on that episode, in light of the Fireflies and Sing Along with Dr. Horrible designs. Still, very cool idea and a nice new style of art. :D

I don't mind what other people wear, really, what you put on your body is up to you. But I agree, there should be less hatred toward color. Every time a shirt is printed bright and lively, people smurf. Keep your grey-scale complaints to yourself, please.

I LOVE the design! But I do wish it wasn't 99 44/100% red. With my skin tone, I'd look like a vampire if I wore something that red.

I mean, I understand some red in the design, but I'd have preferred if the tee itself was a more 'sedate' color (fitting with the 'Our Lady of' motif). And like another poster, it would have been nice if Buffy's face was 'Gellar-color'.

Such a beautiful design, but A) the wearer would have to have zer0 body fat to look good in this color shirt (that's sadly not me!) and B) the color competes too much with the color of the design. I'd buy it as a sticker, or on a less loud shirt.

The background shirt colour is great, but most of us aren't keen on the red face. I don't mind a red shirt at all, just not an almost-all-red-design-on-red-shirt.

I'd love to see some green t-shirts which weren't army green, and more of that aqua.

I did want to clarify: I love the design. But a mostly-red design on a red shirt LOSES the design, it does not enhance it. [True of any color design on any same-color shirt.]

If the design was done with other colors (more befitting the religion motif), with possibly a little red highlight in it, then the red shirt would not be a problem.

Or, if the design is to be mostly red, then the tee color something contrasting (dark purple would have been wonderful, or dark green, even brown). But I still feel Buffy's face should have been 'Gellar-colored', regardless of tee and design colors.

I actually love the bright red, and I'm happy to see TeeFury moving away from the pale colours!

I love the design, but the only reason I'm not buying it is because of the religious connotations. I wouldn't want to accidentally offend anyone! I may be over thinking it, but better safe than sorry.

I completely understand, and was afraid that some may find the image offensive. I meant no offense when creating the artwork I myself am a devout Catholic, and I created the image with inspiration from Sacred Heart imagery but definitely not with offending in mind.

I LOOOOOVE the Dr. Horrible side art!!!! It would be a definite instabuy. Also, going along with the Dr. Horrible and Firefly shirts, you should make a Buffy, Angel, and Dollhouse shirt as well. It would be a fantastic shirt collection.

:( I'm a little confused by the people that like it because it's "Catholic." In my opinion, it isn't Catholic but sacrilegious - and I'm not even a "practicing Catholic" any more. But to each his own - Practice your First Amendment, and I'll practice mine - I won't be buying.

Couldn't agree more. Not sure why some people feel the need to tell everyone what they think is wrong with the shirt. Does anyone really care when someone says "it's not for me"?

Buffy Summers, the Patron Saint of Vampire Slaying. This design is a dedication to all of the hard work Buffy did to keep Sunnydale safe from evil.

Where are you from?

Los Angeles, CA

How would you describe your style?

This design is pretty different than most of my other work. I have a background in animation and concept design for video games, so my style kinda follows those traditions a bit more.

If you could collaborate with anyone, who would you pick?

I'd love to do some work with Joss Whedon!

What historical figure do you most admire?

It's a tie between Darth Vader and Gandalf the Grey. They're both pretty historical right?

If you weren't designing shirts, what would you be doing?

I'm working on a children's book at the moment, and I occasionally do some video-game related work. Also, i'd like to play more Dance Central.

Would you rather become a vampire or fight them?

Fight them, I enjoy being in the sun sometimes (and not sparkling).

Firefly vs. BtVS: which would win the battle?

Oof... Well, as awesome as Buffy is, I'm gonna have to go out to the black on this one. I'm a Browncoat at heart, so Firefly wins this round.

What is your favorite t-shirt color?

I am a fan of black, it's the new black.

What has been your favorite vacation or travel experience?

Last year my girlfriend and I got a chance to go to Honduras to help some orphan children, that was a pretty humbling experience.

I'd like to give a shout out to my girlfriend Kristin! She is a huge Buffy fan, and this design is for her :)
