    My Lit teacher would love this shirt! She used Seinfeld (a show about nothing, where even at the very end they're all in the same state they were in the begining with no recognizable change to characters and a plot which moves nowhere) as an example when she was talking about Theater of the Absurd, which it was in the right time period for, when we first started Rozencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead to look at intertextual relationships with Hamlet...
    Yeah, I'm a Lit nerd if that's the first thing I though of....

    Good. Seinfeld was incredibly well written and this shift design is as I like - to the point. I hate overcomplicated shirts. Not only is it clear from far away this is a seinfeld reference, but it points out in 1 word how the show was about "nothing" and brings back so many good memories. Sorry it isn't pokemon ref.

    How do so many people not like Seinfeld? Are you guys CRAZY? And this so wouldn't go over people's heads... it is a pretty clever idea, although I've seen things similar before.

    Anyway, as much as I love Seinfeld, I'm 1000x more enthusiastic over Arrested Development. We definitely need more AD shirts!

    Aw! This shirt is actually pretty cute! I understand why people don't like white tee's, but honestly I don't think this tee would have worked on any other color. And the referance to "the show about nothing" works on multiple levels. (See also their "show inside the show "Jerry"). So, yeah, its not a game or other geek ref. But that's ok, and even if you don't like the show, or this shirt isn't for you, it doesn't at all take away from the cleverness of this submission.

    I absolutely LOVE this shirt and for that reason won't be buying it...
    It totally encapsulates my feelings about Seinfeld, full of sound (and fury). signifying NOTHING. Garage show and waste of space. BRILLIANT shirt but I truly hate Seinfeld so much I can't wear it. Kudos to williamhenry!

    I almost want to buy it just *because* it's accurate.

    That show was so stupid. I hated every single episode that I tried to watch. It's just not funny. It's trying to be dry, odd, quirky comedy and it just came out as annoying trash that makes you feel embarrassed for the characters, even though you're sitting in your own living room.

    The artist may have made it as a jab at the critics that said the show was about nothing, but the shirt is accurate.

    i dont like this shirt. its ugly and just not really smart or funny. i love seinfeld and apparently the creator does too based on his comment "critics unfairly referred to it as a show about nothing." most people wouldn't get the irony and would actually think anyone actually wearing this shirt is bashing it. i dunno, def a swing and a miss here.

    I feel the exact same way. I mean, i was never a huge fan of Seinfeld, but I can appreciate that it's comedy is unique and enjoyable. Also, this reference is SO recognizable. Like, really.

    Seinfeld is one of those shows people love to hate. It was extremely well done and if you watch it as you grow older you see the genius and how much it relates to everyday life. When i was younger and it was on I didnt get it but rewatching it at and older age with more life experience i started to appreciate it way more. Congrats on the print!! "Cheryl Miller's Brother?!?!"

    -Jerry Seinfeld's and Larry David's original concept for the show was a show about nothing. It had nothing to do with critics. Watch the documentaries on the DVDs or see the season where they create the show "Jerry".
