I have way too many Doctor Who shirts and I just bought the one with a reference to Blink but I think I have to have this. smuuuuuurf you Tee fury! My only criticism is the color. I just got a shirt I ordered a while back that came in cream and I don't really dig it. Customizable color for Tee Fury Shirts would be an amazing addition to the site. I know I'd pay a couple of extra bucks for it.

The Silence were actually the villains of the first two episodes of Doctor Who series 6. The Buffy monsters were called "The Gentlemen" :) They look pretty similar though.

If you think about it, it's not really a contest unless the Silence gets to move out of the angel's field of vision. The angel cannot blink when the Silence is looking at it. As soon as the Silence blinks: contest over. Still an extremely awesome shirt ^_^

I love it, but I think I'd prefer it as a poster... There's just a little too much text on there for a shirt, especially for the girl's shirt IMHO. I guess Dr. Who is the new Star Wars here. Meaning that we'll get a shirt for it every couple days, selling like hotcakes by pleasing all those fans, but annoying the heck out of everyone else like me.

Nice design, though it is rather busy for a t-shirt. Add in that it is yet another Dr. Who and it is an easy skip.

I suppose there is a good thing about all the Who shirts: I save money.

I do like how the fans complain all over other shirts because they aren't Dr. Who and then complain at the people who feel there is too much of it.

I'm pretty sure TeeFury is having a laugh with us. Another Dr. Who shirt? They picked something with a nice fan base but not something too obvious (Star Wars, which they do go to a lot, but not like the good Doctor) or too obscure.

Aside from my feelings about how often we see them, the Doctor Who shirts have been pretty interesting and this is no exception. I don't watch Dr Who but I recognize the references; Angel from "Blink" and the dude in the suit with the mouth-less bulbous head (whom I know from a past Dr. Who shirt here and seeing the Silence in a commercial for the new Dr. Who show)

Fans: It's awesome. As TV comedian Craig Ferguson said, it's all about the triumphs of intellect and romance over brute force and cynicism. It doesn't hurt that the Doctor is usually being funny.

TF: It sells. DW fans can't just go to Kohl's or Wal-Mart and get tees like those of Star Wars and/or the Muppets. It's either go on-line and get fan-made stuff or wear ridiculously undersized European shirts.

Looked through the gallery and it seems to be true. But the month before that there were 4 Dr. Who shirts (March 26th, March 28th, April 5th and April 11th) and I think people would still complain if TeeFury took a year off from Who.

There was one May 5th. It just isn't in the gallery anymore but apparently, it was one of TF's best sellers ever.

TF does about 2 DW shirts a month and unlike the haters, I don't count Torchwood.

My boyfriend bought this for me as a birthday gift... BECAUSE IT'S FLIPPIN SWEET!!! Best mash-up in a while I think, because it's two Dr. Who villains together, and it looks just like a poster for a real fight. Brilliant! I'll be the first to admit that it's a very popular show but does that mean you should throw variety out the window?
the site's not called ConspiracyTheory and i believe that's for a reason.
But according to you what does an opinion like this matter? I'm just the one in a million who has seen the show and does. not. like it.
ps. I'm sure if they put a starwars shirt up every week they would sell just as well if not better but you don't see teefury pulling something like that. I think we all hope that they're not just in it for the money as your post would suggest.

besides, there are so many who fans out there, I don't think you need to defend the masses. we who don't fancy the who arnt doing it to spite you or bring you down, we're just entitled to our own opinions, just like you. :)

I love this. I can't wait until it arrives in the mail! I think the Angels would win, because when the Silence blink, so long as the Angels are looking at the Silence, the Angels will be able to turn into monsters and throw the Silence back in time.

... However, then the Angels would just forget doing that, and more Silence would come. I suppose it is actually a never-ending cycle.

There's no set pace, per se, but they have done 2 Who shirts a month since January(not counting "Coexist" because that has 7 references) and anymore would make heads asplode. Hell, people count that Torchwood Rugby shirt as a DW shirt and are going ballistic over 3 shirts in 2 weeks.

Only Star Wars prints are completely random and unpredictable. With the the Doctor, it's two per calendar month at random times therein.

I will most likely be ordering this shirt but that will be the second Weeping Angel shirt I own. And I have passed on others! Give the Angels a rest for a while.

Bought, I'm pleasantly surprised at the silence's appearance (in both t-shirt and toy form) less than a month from their 1st appearance in doctor who! Congrats! I was just about to give up hope about teefury printing a shirt that I actually wanted, glad I looked today!

It has been over a month since there was a Doctor Who shirt in Teefury. There have been 2 firefly shirts since there was a Who shirt. I guess you could say the same thing about that as well, but no one does.

It's been 12 days. This shirt does mean no more DW stuff until June though.
