I can't help but think the red is vibrating on the brown. It kinda ruins the design. Which is sad, cuz you can tell there was so much detail work put into.

I would change the color, some people were calling for blue. I'd go with that.

The design is brilliant, and I love it. Gorgeous. But it's crazy difficult to see clearly on such a dark shirt. The red bits do seem to glow, but the rest of the design is lost. :(

I might get it anyway and turn it into a throw pillow. Or maybe a quilt.

The "snake head" designs are your subtle bit of Voyager, I think. Pull up an image of Voyager on Google, and you'll note that the snake heads look like its elongated oval saucer section.

Ok: We have the outline of DS9, the warp core of Enterprise-D, the fronts of the nacelles of E, Bat'leths, I think the Voyager reference is the scrolly bits at the bottom-Chakotay's tattoos. That's all I can figure for Voy.

Dammit. I love trek (and want TNG era stuff)... but this design is almost too subtle. You don't want in your face, but this the other extreme honestly. I just don't know.....

hmmm... y'know... great design... and i really would like another brown shirt (i never really realised that it was one of my colours till i got the Serenity Valley Browncoats shirt)... and Star Trek is my number 2 obsession, but... as GriffenFire says upthread, there's no "boldly" in there, and enough people i know would notice that to ruin the wearing experience :(

plus, i bought yesterday's shirt and i'm trying to cut back

Tell us about this design.

I've always wanted a Trek tee for the TNG era but all the ones I could find were really in-your-face. So I designed my own! There's a bit of TNG, DS9, The TNG Movies and a very, very subtle bit of Voyager in there somewhere.

What is your most unexpected or exciting memory?

The flavour of strawberry & bubblegum cheesecake ice cream. Unforgettable.

If you could make anyone besides yourself Ruler of the Universe, who would you choose and why?

Stephen Fry, I think he'd do a far better job than anybody else I can think of. Although, since we haven't met most of the rest of the universe yet (slacking warp-drive inventors) there might be some better candidates that don't live on Earth.

Do you have any surprising talents or hobbies?

I have an uncanny ability to recall random lines from movies, even if they're not cool or important in any way.

Do you prefer punk or steampunk?

Steampunk, I love all of the industrial design associated with it.

The sun vs. the moon: which would win the battle?

I'm pretty sure Captain Picard could negotiate a peace deal between the two.

Describe your ideal day.

I have a shirt up on Teefury, that was fun to make and people are buying it...wait a minute!
