    I love the concept but the design itself is too simple. I wish it had more pizzaz, more elegance. I might still buy it just because it is Potter but...for being training in wizardry, it is too simplistic. I feel like it is too close to ClipArt.

    The shield design itself is that of the U.S. Army ROTC. Hence the "Training Corps" concept...(Reserve Officer Training Corps)...hope this helps :)

    Because there are those of us who either aren't a fan of doctor who and harry potter, or who feel you don't need a new dr. who shirt every day of the week. Something new is nice.

    If I'd gotten the whole ROTC referrence, then I think I would've been more inclined to buy it. As I didn't get it until I was prompted, I feel like I'd have difficulty explaining the tee to anyone who asked about it.
    For those people complaining about Dr Who and HazPoz etc. shirts, just think of it as TeeFury saving you some money. You weren't expecting to buy a t-shirt every single day were you?

    I love Harry Potter and I've been waiting for a shirt that is just right.. this is not it. Other than the glasses in the bottom left hand box it might not have had anything to do with Harry Potter at all. Even if it just said "Auror Training" instead or something. I dunno, not for me.

    Anyhow, I love that it's Hufflepuff colors! I agree with the folks who saw it's a little simple. The only directly HP related elements are the glasses. So it's really a stretch to associate it with Potter. However because it IS black and yellow I believe I have to buy this for my friend. :) Purchased!

    Yeah it's Harry Potter and ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) which is where they train US Army/Navy(Marine)/Air Force officers that do not go to one of the military acadamies.

    I like the fact that it's a Potter T, unfortunately though, it's only relevant whereever that army logo is used which sadly isn't the UK. No one would get it and I'd have to explain it every time I went out in it. So it's a no from me but congrats on the print.

    I love Harry Potter.. but unfortunately, this isn't a very exciting design for me. I feel like the design sits very oddly on the shirt.. and I get it's supposed to be coat of arms-like, but it doesn't feel like it was pushed quite as far as it could have been. It feels less like a coat of arms or shield and more like a gas-station sign to me.

    Sorry! Don't mean to be critical, but critique IS an artist's best friend.

    Second of all, there are people complaining about how there are SO MANY HP shirts when there aren't. I checked the gallery and this is only the 2nd HP shirt this month. Skim back to April and you don't see another one for a long time. Where exactly are all of these HP shirts?

    For those who are struggling with this one, it's a reference to the US Military Academy at West Point. It's a parody of that famous Muggle institution's logo that compares the training of wizards to the training of military officers. I think it's brilliant, but I already have too many black shirts to make it a buy. (The colors are appropriate, though, since they are the colors of the USMA.)
