Tell us the background of this design.
I always love to draw skulls, zombies, monsters and skeletons and i've been making a lot of skull versions of famous people like Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, Amy Winehouse, etc....
This one is a tribute to Albert Einstein, one of the greatest minds and moustaches of the world.
Where are you from?
I'm from Brazil.
I live in Londrina. A cool city in the south of country with 600.000 citizens, beautiful and mixed people, nice bands and a lot of green area.
The name Londrina means "Little London" because the city was raised by english pioneers 76 years ago.
Sorry about my english.
What has been your most adventurous moment?
I think it was when i tried learn to surf during a storm. (huge and brutal waves,i almost died).
Oh, and when i've fell and got stomped by the crowd at a Megadeth concert in São Paulo.
I did parachute one time, but nothing compares to those two experiences i've first mentioned.
What has been the most valuable advice you've been given?
To watch the two sides before crossing a street. That's been keeping me alive so far.
And never try to surf during a storm or fall to the ground at a heavy metal concert.
If you had a theme song, what would it be?
"Frankeinstein" from "Edgar Winter's band". Great 70's tune with deep bass, solid guitar riffs, crazy synths and a huge drum solo.
What is your favorite thing about science?
Science can be weird sometimes serving to the good and evil at same time.
Agrotoxics are good against pests but are very bad to the soil, water and people.
Look at Einstein main example: he deduced from his equations of special relativity what has been called the 20th century's best-known equation: E = mc2. This equation suggests that tiny amounts of mass could be converted into huge amounts of energy and presaged the development of nuclear power which can supply or destroy a whole city.
I love the simple but good ideas like biodegradable plastic bags.
I've saw a video of a guy who claims extract petroleum back from plastic with a simple heat and pressure mecanism, but i don't know if it's true or if it's a hoax.
Sharks vs. squids: which would win the battle?
The regular squids woudn't have a chance against sharks, but i would bet on a legendary colossal squid.
Describe the strangest shirt you own.
I think its one of my early works i did for a brazilian brand which have some sexual content. First impression shows an one-eyed vicious monster, but if you look twice you can spot a naked woman).
It usually shocks people in the streets.
What would be your dream project to work on?
Maybe be part of a cool videogame producers crew. Working with characters design and stuff.
My regular jobs always make me happy. So it looks like a constant dream already!
I work everyday about ten years in a newspaper doing political comics and i do a lot of freelance jobs, always related to graphic and textile design.
I'm also a member of a band named "Trilöbit" and i have a mashup DJ project named "Brutal Redneck".
