About the artist
Tell us a bit about this design.
I actually till this day remember working on this, I wanted to make something really mechanical and proportional. I usually make more cute happy characters with a lot going on around them, but with this one I wanted to do something a bit more mature and serious but still keeping the "yema" style on it.
Where are you from?
I was born in Guayaquil- Ecuador and moved to the US, at 17 years old. Been living here since. Currently reside in Atlanta, GA
What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?
First of all, nice to meet everyone here, I am very flattered to be here and sharing my work with you. I love vectors, tees, skateboards and anything related to the street art culture. Im also pretty friendly! come say hi!
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
hahah, some of my ipod music.. its a bit embarrassing.
Name a few of your favorite things.
The outdoors, good films, road trips, monsters, skateboard, music and my son.
What kind of art did you make as a kid?
Was a stick figure master, though my passion for art started at 14 years.. kinda old. hehe
What is your favorite thing about robots?
Their simetry and cleanliness, and the mechanical part of it. Robots are the perfect balance rather that organic shapes.
Penguins vs polar bears: which would win the battle?
Penguins all the way! I believe in teamwork! ^__^
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
It has to be Seibei's " I like to say things and eat stuff" it really describes my personality and also the fit is perfect! it shrank on its 1st wash and it fits like magic now. My fav. tee!
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
Movies, all the way! Though gaming comes pretty close. My favorite movie has to be silence of the lambs. Fantastic story, characters and screenplay.
What inspires your work?
Well, I love character design. I love drawing, colors, monsters, creatures and all of the art I see out there inspires me. My goal is to explore different techniques and mediums to achieve a creative and imaginative style.
Any shout outs?
