Tell us a bit about this design.
Lust for life... music and art, spaceballs and bowie-esque thunder bolts & lightning. Diamonds, smoke, decorative elements, optical illusions and all that jazz. It started out as a pencil illustration for a trendy fashion brand, in between drawing I experimented with various watercolour splashes, and then later decided the splash would be an ideal way of bringing the whole composition together.

What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?
That I am working on some new illustrations, a few may possibly end up on Teefury. One of these illustrations is inspired by a cult classic that involves time travel.
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
That at this moment in time I have no idea if my work is the Teefury crowds cup of Tea.
Name a few of your favorite things.
Recently, id say getting back into drawing more. Boardwalk Empire, cargo, vimeo, senseo’s, virtual dj7, iphone apps, CS5,PPF, TEDtalks, vectors & gouilches.
What kind of art did you make as a kid?
Recently found a box in the attic with old drawings and alsorts. I was really into choose your own adventure books, single-player roleplay gamebooks, detailed fantasy art illustrations. eg. Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone, Patrick woodroffe, Ian Miller, Iain McCaig and David McKean. I used to try to copy the drawings, obsessed with detail and spending ages trying to replicate it and making a slight change to make it my own. In my mid teens i became more expressive and less interested in that type of art, and was more into artists like Robert Crumb,Heinz Edelmann, Dali and Escher, Modigliani, Klimt and Picasso
What is your favorite medium to work in, and why?
Used to be charcoal & chalk when ever I did life drawing. Currently I would have to say its Vector graphics working in Illustrator. It’s more about the design process rather than the tool for me. Of course if you really enjoy working in a certain medium it will show in your work.
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
IRONFOX by China Mike, Men's Sweatshirt, never worn it either lol
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite titles in your chosen medium.
Movies& tv shows, off top of my head things like 12 monkeys,Watchmen, 2001 a space Odyssey, Manhunter, Truman show, La Haine, Inception, anything Pixar, Donnie Darko, City of God, Pans Labyrinth, Matrix, tarintino flicks. Sopranos, Six feet under and Dexter.
What inspires your work?
I guess my inspiration comes from people close to me and certain events in life. Everything from listening to music, books, movies, red wine. Many of things on the net are a distraction, but theres much to be inspired by, like other artists work like Adhemas Batista, Mark Gmehling, sting-one..so many. Vids on vimeo and inspirational talks like those on Tedtalks.
