Blue Boar BBQ
About the artist
A word from TeeFury:
What ever you do, don't leave a triforce as a tip!
Tell us a bit about this design.
This is a design inspired by the famous "Legend of Zelda" video game and focuses on " Ganon" or "Ganondorf" Link's main antagonist.
If "Ganon" owned a BBQ joint this would probably be it. I also saw in the forum that there were many requests for "Legend of Zelda" themed designs.
Hopefully this fits the bill.
Where are you from?
Los Angeles, CA
What do you want TeeFury fans to know about you?
I'm just a regular guy who likes to draw, is a spots fan and likes pizza.
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
I'm not too fond of Peanut Butter and Jelly. I also love broccoli.
Name a few of your favorite things.
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens.
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens.
Brown paper packages tied up with strings...
What kind of art did you make as a kid?
All kinds of doodles and drawings which were then displayed on the kitchen refrigerator.
Which artist (historical or modern) do you most admire?
I am not too sure, I have so many that I admire.
I guess off the top of my head, some of the great historical ones such as Da Vinci, Rubens and Norman Rockwell.
Food vs. drink: which would win the battle?
That's a tough one. Probably drink because pretty much any type of food would eventually dissolve in liquid.
Although I would still root for the "M&M's" guys over the "Kool-Aid" man in a skirmish.
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
My favorite shirt is actually an old and worn sweatshirt i use when sleeping. It's very comfortable.
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
I like all of the above. However, If I had to pick one it would probably be watching movies.
I like Blade Runner, Bad Santa and Tampopo, just to name a few.
What inspires your work?
There are so many things that inspire my work. Nature, comics, pop culture, TV shows, cartoons and images from the the internet.
I guess it's always something new I see and discover everyday.
Any shout outs?
Many thanks to my family and friends and all the kind people who support my work and designs.
