Words from the curator:
This is a topic we have never touched before. Soup.
Where are you located?
Currently I live in Denver, Colorado.
What do you like to do for fun?
When I was younger and made of rubber I used to skate. That was fun. Now I'm older and don't do that as much anymore. I like to hang out with my wife and kids.
What's the coolest shirt you have seen?
On Teefury? "Octo" by Molitorious was pretty awesome. "The Review" by Jonathan Bergeron is one I got in a grab bag and wear like twice a week. My favorite shirt is this super old Husker Du shirt that almost doesn't look much like a shirt anymore. I've washed it and worn it so many times over the years. I'm gonna be sad when that one becomes a work rag.
If you could go only to one restaurant for the next five years, which
would it be?
That's tough. I'm vegan so I don't tend to eat out much but if I could choose one it'd be Sunflower Cafe in Washington, DC. They've got a General Tso's Tofu I'd probably cut somebody for.
Star Trek or Star Wars?
I grew up on Star Wars but I'm kinda burnt out on it right now. I think I'm starting to realize how goofy those movies really are. You tend to forgive creative shortcomings for things you grow up with. My kid likes Star Wars though so I'm happy I can keep up with him and Mondo keeps putting out these amazing posters so I can't really avoid it in my life right now.
Star Trek II was a rad movie but otherwise I haven't seen much 'Trek.
Would you rather survive a zombie apocalypse or a nuclear apocalypse?
I used to have this dream sometimes where the zombies took over and a group of friends and I banded together and tried and survive. The dream was always different in the middle but it always ends the same way. I end up on the roof of a building and everyone I'm with doesn't make it. So I'm left alone. Like I'm the last person on earth. Super funky dream. I'm sure I've got abandonment issues and saw Dawn of the Dead way too early in my life.
Uh, the question.. nuclear if I can run Barter Town.
Have you ever had to get stitches? Any battle scars?
I've had a zillion stitches and have loads of scars. One time I got a trampoline spring stuck in my finger. No kidding, pointy end went right in. I actually saw the inside of one of my knuckles. Grossest thing I've ever seen.
What would be your dream job?
My dream job would be to work for a super small mom & pop design firm in or around Austin, TX. I wanna move there next year and it'd be really nice to work for someone small and local. Do logos for doggie day-care places and whatnot.
MAC or PC?
Mac. It's a more elegant platform for what I do. I'm never going to understand the zealotry around this type of stuff though. These companies would burn your house down if it would make their stock jump half a point. There truly is no sense in being loyal to any of them. I'd be typing this on an Amiga if that were what worked best.
What technology do you hope to see in your lifetime?
I'd love to see any technology that significantly reduces the strain we put on the natural resources on this planet. I don't think just having the technology is going to do much though so I guess I'd like to see that remote control Snake Plissken had at the end of Escape From LA. The one that turned everything off and sent us back to the dark ages. That'd be ok.
Shout outs?
Huge shout to the Expressobeans crew. Those fools make art fun. My wife is really great so she gets a shout and my kids give me something to shoot for so they get shouts too. :)

This is not constructive criticism. You need to comment politely and helpfully.

Is this the first teefury shirt w/ a Stephen King reference? I wonder if there will be more... 'Cause I need more.
