Tell us about yourself:
I'm 21 years old. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I'm getting married in April!
What's a day in the life of Seth like?
I'm the graphic designer at my church, Calvary Chapel. I basically do all the flyers, logos, and yadda yadda. That's basically what I do on any given day.
What do you like to do for fun?
I like to play Ultimate Frisbee, read Star Wars novels, play Xbox, and spend time with my fiance. (in no particular order (except hanging out with my fiance, that one should actually be first))
Star Trek or Star Wars?
Oh man, Star Wars. I don't have anything against Star Trek, I just love Star Wars. If all you know about Star Wars is the movies, then you're missing out. Read some books, it's good for you.
Would you rather survive a zombie apocalypse or a nuclear apocalypse?
Zombie apocalypse. That doesn't mean I would want to die in a nuclear apocalypse though! I would definitely want to survive both, but if I had to pick one to experience, it would definitely be zombies.
Do you collect anything, or at least have any OCD about anything?
I'm pretty OCD about things being organized and neat, and having my bookshelf organized in chronological order (for the SW books, that is).
Have you ever had to get stitches? Any battle scars?
When I was little I busted my chin open on our driveway, I was riding what I think was called a Dragon Racer? I don't know, it had wheels, I hit a crack, then my Kermit the Frog pillow was covered in blood. That's the worst part.
I broke my arm in 5th grade, I still have a big scar on my elbow, I can't straighten it all the way either, it sucks.
Would you rather be subject to the danger of the Smoke monster on
Lost, or be stuck in the reality show Jersey Shore. Explain.
I don't watch either of those shows, but I'm gonna go ahead and say the Smoke Monster. Jersey Shore looks pretty stupid.
What's your art process like, from initial sketch to finished product?
I WANT to be able to actually draw out some awesome initial sketches, but I suck at drawing. So my process is usually just me messing around with an idea in Illustrator until I get it somewhere close to where I want it. I should probably learn how to draw...
If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Pay off my house, give quite a bit of it to my church, then save the rest. I like to save money.
MAC or PC?
Mac. I was PC my entire life until less than a year ago. We switched over to Mac at work. I never looked back.
Any shout outs?
Chewbacca. I'll never forget Sernpidal.
